Lowe's Home Improvement

Always find good deals here when I go. Usually never just plan to go to Lowes I usually just either pass by one and turn in or I'm out doing some shopping and go. They have great prices on a lot of there plants and also this store in particular had a huge section of mark down.and clearance. I also like how there always clean and organized because with all the stuff they sell if they wasn't organized it would be very bad. But great store keep up good work.

Went to Lowe’s with my mom today to purchase a pressure washer. A young man named Joe helped us from start to finish. He discussed the options available, loaded this, took us through check out, and even waited to help us load it into our vehicle. He also helped us load the remainder of our items. Wonderful customer service!

Just visited Lowe’s Seneca, SC to pick up a pressure washer. Joe really went over and beyond to help us out. Was able to answer questions knowledgeably and even helped load. He had a smile the entire time, very well mannered and thanked us for our business. I’m from Hendersonville NC and this was certainly a welcome change to my experiences at Lowe’s.

Great prices and great quality in the garden center. Very knowledgeable staff. They went out of their way to help me find exactly what I was looking for and even made recommendations that meant they could possibly lose a sale just to give me alternative options.

A great place to shop for all of your home improvement needs. They have very helpful, cheerful and courteous employees.

As we pulled into the parking lot at Lowe's, Seneca, SC this morning, we noticed that we had a flat tire on our Ford F-150 Pickup. We went inside to the Pro Service Desk and asked if they knew someone we could call to change the tire. (My husband is 80 yrs old and has a difficult time doing things like that.) Within a matter of minutes, two very nice Lowe's employees, Stacy and Walt, went to my husband's aid. It was hot outside, but they both took charge and got the job done. We are so appreciative of their help. How fortunate for us that we found them!

After dealing with problem after problem with our pro order, Tate came to the rescue tonight (8-25.) He was patient, kind and apologetic. The order was very tedious and a few things were missing or short. Tate found and solved all of the issues we ran into tonight. Honestly if it weren't for Tate we would have probably lost all faith in Lowes.

Thank you Tate, you are by far the greatest asset to Lowes.

Worst service ever. Me and my wife waited 45 minutes on someone to bring us our drinks and take our order. Will never eat here again.

Visited garden center. Got three healthy tomato plants about 3 or 4 weeks ago and they're doing great! Flowers and plants very healthy and well prices amd staff was helpful.

We were there today and had the best experience with Todd from plumbing. Picking out a vanity and discussing light fixtures!

Everyone is so helpful and the store is well stocked. My puppy got attacked by another customers dog and the employees were all so caring towards my puppy and gave her love and treats.

Where I get all my building supplies. A whole lottery better than Home Depot

I always receive great customer service here and really enjoy their knowledgeable staff. I love that the Lowe's app gives me notifications for sales, but the app itself isn't great. What the mobile app lacks is made up for tenfold by the employees, prices and selection. I'm partial to the Garden Center, Tools and Lumber departments.
They also give veterans discounts!

I love this Lowe's layout and how easy it is to find whatever you want or need. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have questions. I go to this Lowe's regularly for needs and project supplies. Selection and price are great.

We had an excellent experience today with Carlos in appliances. He is very knowledgeable about products and was kind and patient when we made an error in placing the order, graciously going to customer service to cancel our mistake, then assisting us with the reordering process. He deserves to be commended on his excellent customer service.

Jennifer couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful. We returned some products, needed a gift card to put the return amount on. Well, there wasn’t any in the Lumber line. She did all she could to get it done. We finally got it all finished. Lowes needs to give that girl a raise!

We purchased a beautiful Emperor Japanese Maple and several houseplants. We love their selection and always have success with their plants.

Just purchased a little Axis motorcycle from Lowe's and Nicholas and Todd were so very helpful and knowledgeable!! Hope Lowe's knows what an asset they are to the company!! Thank you gentlemen so very much!!
