I bought some basic stuff like gaming headphones. I was able to find at least three price ranges in stock from like a dozen brands. I can pick out equipment on my own, but I did have a wonderful time checking out!

Jacey was extremely helpful and kind. He is understanding and pleasant to talk to! Excellent manager. Sebastian also helped us and was right at the door waiting to help! Great service.

Nice store. Amazing workers. The fridges there were dope. Took a selfie in one bc why not. It had a mirror feature which was pretty cool. Go buy it. They also have monster drinks there. Which were pretty bussin.

I ordered a Tablo online and drove from West Jordan. Farmington was the closest that had one in stock. When I got there it we'd ready and waiting.

I came in right before an event needing some adapters and everyone that I interacted with here was super helpful. There were two workers right at the door who asked if I needed help finding something. From there I was helped by four others from different departments and they helped me to find exactly what I needed.

The store seem to be lacking of a lot of items, which is to be expected, since it’s right after Christmas, all the employees seemed to be busy doing other things, but I did have one employee coming to me and asking if I needed anything, he was friendly and did the best he could, to help me find what I was looking for.

I went looking for something that is now seems to be outdated - which they didn't have. Instead, they hooked me up with something better and modern. I'm very happy with that recommendation and purchase. BB seems to have what I need.

i love Best Buy...just makes me wish i didnt have to live on a budget...i almost want one or more of everything in that store...i just love being in there and looking at all the cool stuff they have that i dont...still a fun place to check out new stuff...

They're always helpful, and unlike GameStop they don't treat you badly for asking a question

If you really want my opinion, get there total Tech membership. That's when you would really enjoy it. Shopping at best buys pic, you wouldn't have to purchase.
Extra maintenance package or anything.

Evan went out of his way for a extended warranty repair replacement for a sad girl. He is the type of employee that keeps us coming here over and over.

Purchased a laptop found a great deal. N plenty of one on one help.

I am not ready to buy, but I had some questions. They were helpful. I needed a projector bulb, but they don't carry my brand.

Went in this past Sunday and worked with the sales guy Alex. Long story short, he helped me get a fridge that I had paid significantly less for from somewhere else (that ended up running out of stock for a few months).Although he couldn’t price match, he did everything in his power to get it as close as possible and have it delivered. Very impressed with him and truly appreciate his efforts!

I went in to trade in the laptop I had purchased from the Riverdale store and the sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was very patient and didn't get frustrated with all of my questions. I was very impressed! As far as prices, they're a little high, but they also have quality products. I'll definitely be back.
