We had to book 13 rooms with very short notice because of a death in the family. Dylan in groups sales was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. We also had a great experience with the ladies at the front desk being able to assist with every need we had as a very large family. The hotel was wonderful and very clean. The breakfast was great every morning. The hotel is in walking distance to City Market and River street if you don’t mind a small trek. Highly recommend this hotel!

The embassy suites did not disappoint. The staff was phenomenal. Hotel was very clean. The breakfast and staff at breakfast was top-notch. If you stay here, definitely see the concierge so informative and told us so many things to go and see that I probably wouldn’t have but we’re highlights of my trip. I guess my only critique is having stayed at numerous Embassy suites is their managers reception could use some improvement with the food.

First time in Savannah and my wife and I were treated very well in the Embassy Suites. To start, we got an early check in and upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room which was very nice. The hotel has great woodwork and really captures an older architecture in my opinion. If you are looking for something new and updated, this might not be your style. But with free drinks and free breakfast, I don't know how you can pass this up. Also, it is right around the corner from the visitation center, a 20 minute walk to Forsyth Park and a 20 minute walk to the River.
Additionally, front desk help was great, especially Nautica. She answered all of my questions with detail and was very friendly. If we make it back, I would stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

Embassy Suites is in a perfect location to the highway and the historic district. You can walk down to the river front and numerous restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean - the refrigerator size was a surprise "small" from previous visits. A king size bed and the walk in shower is excellent. The hotel has implemented contact free check in or out with electric keys. There is a parking garage on-site for a fee of $35.00. Overall, our one day visit was relaxing and enjoyable - we would recommend it. PS - guests get free (2) drinks during cocktail hours!

Marvelous location away from the main drag. You are a quick walk away. Delicious breakfast. We were sad the adjoining French restaurant has closed. So there isnt a quality restaurant on site. The people who work there are great and it's safe. We LOVE this place. Enjoy.

Great hotel, great location! Rooms are spacious with a good view. The complementary breakfast and reception are wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Blue. He’s very stylish, too. Miko is not only an amazing chef, he’s kind and considerate. I was having issues with my contact lenses and he helped me navigate the ordering process AND then cooked for me. He’s a true professional.

Not at all impressed, especially for the cost.

This area of Savannah is uber expensive, so the hotel is similarly expensive. But while the suite was clean, there were zero USB outlets, and on a rainy day we discovered that about 1/3 of the TV channels don't actually work. (Also true of the closed captioning. My wife has hearing loss and relies on CC. She didn't want the TV at a disruptive volume to hear it, so watching TV on a rainy day was out)

The included evening reception provided pretzel bites and veggie strips along with a drink from a limited menu. Again, not impressed for the cost. The staff was friendly, but can't fix dollar-saving corporate policies.

TBF, the breakfast was outstanding with many choices, included made-to order omelets, waflles etc.

This was a $315/night suite (parking @ $38/day) and was way, waaaaay overpriced. We booked a 4-star hotel in Paris for less and it had modern amenities and was simply a nicer hotel. You're paying a steep premium for the big-money location and not a luxury experience.

I'd look elsewhere if I had to do it again. (No longer true. See below)

EDIT: I did speak to the General Manager and she was very apologetic, understanding and acknowledged the opportunity to improve the guest experience. She resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Problems occur, but how they are addressed is the most important thing. I'm leaving the original review but raising my rating to 5. Overall, i am now confident in recommending this property.

We loved this place. We got the presidential suite. It was an amazing 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms suite, with a kitchen and all. The included happy hour is the best part. The breakfast is also amazing.
For events in Historic Downtown Savannah or at Enmarket Arena this is the perfect place to stay.
If you have an EV you can park in some parking decks nearby that have charging over not getting to charge your car while you stay. As of January 2024 they don't offer EV charging at this Hilton Embassy Suites.

There was a situation going on outside of the front of the hotel, that the employees at Embassy suites where we're not in control of. Willow, the nighttime manager not only handled it in a professional manner. She kept all the guests at the hotel completely safe by what she did. She kept her cool the entire time when she was being threatened and taunted, in a manner that was very uneasy. I would like to thank Willow and her courage to stand up to a homeless person who was extremely drunk, And overly threatening to her and the guest At the hotel. Thank you Willow. You're awesome, Mike May.

Overall good hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with made to order pancakes and eggs/omelets. In the afternoon the hotel offered light snacks and drinks. And the room we stayed in had complimentary water, soda, and snacks. The location was great as it is walking distance to the trolley tours, downtown, and historical areas. Parking was an additional $35/night.

We had the BEST experience here this week. Everybody made my 4yo and I feel so welcome. We say hi to "Chef Betty" every morning at breakfast and Mr. Adrian has got to be one of the most amazing GMs I have met in my years traveling to Savannah...saying hello to my me and my daughter each time he sees us! Marq and Ro at the front desk made us feel so welcome...taking care of anything we may need. Ms. Lisa is always smiling and passing out compliments! And the design is gorgeous... I am so thankful for finding this jewel!

My fiancée, me, and our kids stayed for 3 days, and although it was great customer service, very enjoyable, the highlight of our stay was a young man that worked in engineering by the name of Kevin. It was minor problems that usually I wouldn't have even mentioned but he was such an easy guy to talk to and you could tell he truly cared about our comfort and took pride in helping us in any way possible. 10 out of 10, will stay here again!

Great location with the usual Embassy suites hospitality and professional service. Pay attention to the busy listing for breakfast, because it is accurate, so cooked to order food may take a moment after 0800.

We stayed on bay Street last year. It was loud all night long traffic, traffic, traffic. We decided to try a spot a short walk away and we were so impressed by how quiet it was. Easy to get anywhere quickly. We will be back.

We previously stayed here and loved our last stay at Embassy Suites so much, we picked it again. We weren't disappointed. Morning breakfast is very good and Nigeria was awesome - always smiling and happy. Anthony was hard working, very friendly and great as our evening bar tender. Carol, the concierge, also recommended several great places to visit - which we did. Great value for the price.

This hotel has a Superstar at the front desk who's name is Willow! Multi tasker of the year to say the least! Dealing with a homeless man refusing to leave the premises, running her Night Audit and going above and beyond to accommodate us while we check in. She beautifully executed each task at hand. You Go Girl!!!

This hotel was great. I have very high standards for hotels and a serious pet peeve about linens and cleanliness. My experience here was that our room was spotless. We had housekeeping in once during the week to tidy up, and they did a good job. The A/C worked well. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. For the most part, the hotel is quiet. They have a beautiful outdoor pool that was well kept and not overly crowded. Also, they host happy hour each evening. It was good, except I had one negative interaction with a female bartender who was extremely rude about carding me. Her male coworker and the front desk redeemed the situation with excellent customer service on other occasions. Another male breakfast attendant on Monday was extremely kind, as well. He went around to tables, greeting guests and wishing them a good day. The location of the hotel is close to various museums, restaurants, and shopping. I wouldn't say it is centrally located in the downtown area because it is a long walk to River Street if you're not a walker. Still, it is very doable. I'd most definitely stay here again.

Easy to get to hotel. In downtown area so River Street and other areas easily accessible by walking. Every employee was nice and friendly. Made to order breakfast was always quick and easy. Nightly reception was also nice.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room with everything we needed. Excellent service both at the front desk and concierge. Good variety at breakfast, but be prepared for the long line and a bit of a wait. Also, be prepared for the parking fee.

This place is a piece of heaven. The food is delicious. Stephanie at the bar is so warm and an excellent host. Reatha, she was so sweet, gracious, and kind.
I will definitely be back with phenomenal service as this.
