I don't game lol but I take my nephew here a lot and we've never had a bad experience, the staff is very helpful and the only negative I would say is they need more staff because a lot of the time there is only one employee working and on a weekend and I bet than could be overwhelming!

Love going here. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is very clean and organized. Great place to get games and consoles. Very easy to exchange old games too, just don’t expect to make a lot of money off of it. Look at it as being better than throwing them away and you make some money off of it.

So I went here to buy a ps4 n the one they sent me was broken they let me exchange it for another ps4 and helped me get my points switched to my new email, address, n phone number they take the time to help each customer and make sure we leave happy super helpful 🙂 I absolutely love this gamestop best one I've ever been to

Having worked for GameStop myself for a number of years and shopped at multiple stores, I know that each store is only as good as the people running it. This is byfar one of the best GameStop stores I've ever been to, and thanks in large part to the Store Manager, Gary. Everyone else on staff is solid, though some of them lack enthusiasm. My issues with the company are stemmed in their marketing strategy, not their customer service, but this doesn't keep me from wanting to shop here. Always enjoy my time here! Money well spent.

Best protection plan I've used. Terrific service and knowledge by the staff. One didn't know something we asked so went out of their way to research and find out. This place excels in their field. Except for a little locally owned place (limited of course), Game Portal - Game Stop is my go-to.

Okay selections and the workers here are usually pretty good. The only thing I dont like is the fact that they will put empty display boxes out without any item in stock. Makes me feel like an idiot when I want to buy a switch but all tbey have are empty boxes. Shame on Nintendo for making them do that.

This store is incredible! The staff treats you like family and fellow gamers. They are extremely knowedgable about their merchandise and gaming in general. I am a repeat customer and will remain loyal to this store!

I love this place, the staff always treats me well and it's a great place to buy games. They also act as a good hub for gamers to talk and even trade games, a few years back i met a kid in there named Hunter and he gave me the entire (then) Mass Effect series box for my standalone ME3 copy. When you walk in the whole place breathes gaming. POP vinyls, magazines, merch, toys, plushies, and a lot of video-games, they still have PS3 titles too, so if you're like me and love a good old PS3 game they have all of the best ones to play, they were the ones who showed me the world of gaming, and i'll never forget that. 5 stars gamers.

They were really nice, took most of the games I wanted to trade in. Gary(can't remember his last name) is who took care of me, he was nice.

The associate at south jackson GameStop was very helpful, I know nothing about video games🤷‍♀ she helped me pic the perfect game for my 8 year old.

The best Gamestop I my surrounding area..the one in Paris is awful and they never offer any help whatsoever. .the girl that checked me out seemed distracted or as if she didn't want to be there at all...very rude..the Lexington Gamestop is OK they are just very limited on any good merchandise and things they do are marked up 2 to 3 times higher than the other Gamestop's.I will say the Gamestop in south Jackson in front of Walmart is a very good store,it actually could rival the one on Vann drive easy..with that being said the Vann drive store just has it..great customer service, very knowledgeable about games and systems..my favorite.....

Always had a great experience in this place, the employees don't hover over you and talk to you about games they have played and you might ought to try!

It was awesome. But one problem when I have a warranty on a game. And I try to get a different one bc that one is broke you don't have to have and attitude about it
