Exceptional treatment from the owners and managers at this dealership. To start off, I purchased a 2013 z06 from Specialty Motors last month in June. Mind you I’m from Reno, NV all the way across the country from Tennessee. Samantha who is the Sales Manager was great with communication and taking charge of speaking to my loan consultant and sending over documents, legal work etc via email. Michael who is one of the owners got in contact with me about a month ahead of time to confirm my flight and my date of arrival. He went out of his way and offered to pick me up at the Nashville International airport, which is 30 minutes or so away from Lebanon. When we finalized the purchase and I took off with the car I ran into a little bit of trouble, it was nothing major at all but it happened to be a low charged battery (The car was kept in a private showroom to protect) which is totally understandable. I returned to the dealership and that’s when I met the other owner Jeff who is a lot more familiar with Corvettes along with his Mechanic. Once again they went out of their way to do what was right for me, they charged the battery and allowed me to take one of their dealership cars to a nearby lunch spot while we waited for their call. Overall it was a great experience with these guys, very kind and courteous people. For anyone near Lebanon, TN who are in search of a vehicle I strongly recommend you take a look at Specialty Motors before anything else.

We had a few speed bumps in the road but at the end they went above and beyond and when I called them out on something I didn’t care for they contacted me and made sure to justify things and make it right. So would buy from them again, but I would be sure to double check the vehicle. All in all it was a fair exchange of business and, like I said I’d buy again.

Huge thanks to Luke, Jeff and Michael for their honesty and integrity in the sale of a vehicle sight unseen and coordination of an auto transport to ship the vehicle 850 miles away. The vehicle shipped Friday afternoon and arrived Sunday morning! I will be down to Nashville in the near future and will take the time to stop in and thank them in person!
