Great customer service. I needed help with furnishing my kids room, they were knowledgeable and friendly. Prices beat all nearby competition. The first review concerned me but they promised that any furniture missing parts or broken will be replaced. Everything we ordered was delivered the next morning with care. Bonus! The chest of drawers came in a box, but were already put together 🙌🏽 I'd definitely purchase from them again. We ordered upgraded mattresses.The kids love their bunk beds. Thanks a bunch. 💖

Bought a desk with a computer drawer. The cardboard box it was packed in was relatively undamaged. The desk was not. So the desk was already damaged when it was put into the box. The drawer, already built in, was broken loose on one side, with part of the desk along with it. I was moving the next day, and the movers were kind enough to use their tools to screw it back together as best they could. Plus I used wood filler and wood glue to hide the worst of it. Very disappointed. Usable, but not what I paid for.

Bought a matress and box spring. The matress is fine and what you would expect from a secondary retailer but the box spring was broken right when I took it out of the plastic. They offer the same brand of box spring as the matress or one of their own for like $30 cheaper. Their own box is cheap wood covered in felt and has no springs whatsoever so I highly recommend not purchasing their own box as it is completely nonfunctional.

Trash Company they now own Bed Bath and Beyond I have been trying to get refunded I sent back a counterfeit Stanley1913 tumbler that overstock is allowing 3rd parties to scam customers in February 19th 2024 and it’s March 11th 2024 and they make it hard for you to get your refund back because the return shipping labels they give you have a fake addresses. I have received several emails and have called several times it’s a bit ridiculous UPS has been contacted by myself and BBB customer service Bath & Beyond with updated address accordingly. I even contacted UPS with the right updated address because I was giving a printing label from BBB to put on the return package to be delivered back to the company at hand February 19th 2024 and dropped it off to the UPS store here in Texas. UPS in California contacted me because when the driver went to drop off my return to the updated address yesterday the company who sold me the counterfeit damaged dented tumbler will not take the returned package from the driver. The company I order from through Bed Bath & Behind is scam company who’s refusing to accept the return so they don’t have to give me my refund. I have done everything as I was told to do from printing off the return label, putting it on my return box to dropping it off at the return package to the UPS location here in Texas for it be ship back to the company who sold me the damaged item. Now, I’m getting the run around saying UPS needs a updated return address with another address from me when it was updated by the both your customer service and me yesterday. I’m not understanding why I have to deal with this any further when you can see right there on your computer I sent the item back and UPS went to the updated address and the Company refuses to take back their damaged,used and counterfeit tumbler they sent me in the first place. Now Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond is telling me they need me to update my returned address to a new address even though UPS told them and me I couldn’t update with a new address because the package is on hold in California but I could pickup before the 15th of March 2024 this is nothing but a scam company. So stressful and frustrating they’re stealing from people because now I’m out of my 55 dollars and they got the return I sent back.

Research before you buy! We stopped in to take a look, and the prices on the furniture were hyper-inflated. A quick search online reveals that it's up to 50% cheaper from the websites. Don't spend $1400 on a $700 couch. Cheap quality.

Bought a day bed. Had it delivered. Now have a lemon day bed because the delivery guys forgot parts of the bed.

The staff are just sitting around playing not so customer friendly music really loud while all the furniture we came to look at is super dirty and dusty. How can you expect people to want to buy it!?!

Cheaply made, gaudy looking furniture. Not worth the 1.5 mile trip to visit.
