Amazing Lash Studio

I have been using Amazing Lash studio for about 6 months now, and have been generally satisfied. Their scheduling / front desk people are amazing, and you can literally call 15 minutes before an appointment to reschedule, and they won't charge you. There are also so many lash technicians, that it's very easy to squeeze in an appointment on short notice. That being said, some of their technicians are more talented than others. If you find one you like and stick with them, you'll get consistent lashes every time. If you're like me and have a tricky schedule and have to switch between people, sometimes the results are not stellar. Overall, I was generally satisfied with my lashes. The reason I am writing this review is because when I went to get a fill about two weeks ago my eyelids, for the first time ever, swelled up. I decided that extensions were no longer for me, and went last night to get them removed. I still have 6 months left on my contract, therefore, I expected to have to continue paying the monthly membership fee for 6 more months, despite not being able to get lashes anymore. When I mentioned while checking out at the front desk that I was getting my lashes removed due to an allergic reaction, they immediately said they would report the incident to a manager and see about canceling my account. The next day I received a voice message informing me that my account was canceled and that I will no longer have to pay. There is nothing in my contract which requires them to do this, it's just good customer service.

So, A+ for customer service / scheduling. I will miss my lashes!

My technician Delilah was amazing to say the least. She is a true professional. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had in along time. They were very diligent in following up with me after my service to make make sure I was still satisfied with your service. When I left I felt educated on my aftercare and my lashes lasted about 3week with proper upkeep. They also sale all of the after care products you will need for your lashes. Great one stop shop. I will definitely we back.!!!!!

Very professional. Emily was super friendly and answered all my questions. Also, the woman at the front who checked me in and out ( not sure her name!) My lash stylist Daniella seemed educated and had good technique. Loving my new lashes. Will probably add volume lashes next time. Super cute salon. Glad a found a new lash place that has reasonable pricing! Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a few months now and I must say the whole experience is wonderful. It’s calm , quiet , and clean. The girls in front are super nice And my lash tech Alexis does a wonderful job! My lashes last long and never itch or feel heavy. Definitely recommend her.💁🏻‍♀

The receptionist was quick to check me in. My appointment was late but and I wasn't the only one. There was about 4-5 other women waiting for their appointments to start. Variety of lashes and custom lengths and thickness. They provide you with a blanket while you get the service. It's pricey if you aren't a member. The glue kinda burned my eyes but not for long. My lashes look great! Great isolation, I got the 'cute' with 13 as my length which is pretty long and it turned out fabulous.

I came here on Nov 10th and The lady that did my lash was sweet and did a great job but on November 13 all my lashes came off.
Would I come back? no, but the staff are nice :)
It's my first time getting lashes but I was not expecting it to come off so easy.

Edit on January 5th at 9:58 turn out I didn't follow the directions on taking care of my eyelashes after doing more research so I do apologize for that my own fault.

I have been to Amazing Lash Studio one time, but due to the incredible job my stylist did, I bought a membership. I absolutely love my lashes! They make my eyes really pop. I'm still adjusting to maintaining them: how to wash my eye makeup thoroughly without losing lashes. Overall, I really loved the outstanding job they did.

Great customer service. The only lash studio I trust! No matter the occasion, whether I need a more dramatic or natural look, the lashes never seem to disappoint. Every stylist I've been to has been on time and professional. The manager Kelly is always super sweet and helpful!

Xandria did amazing! I told her what style i was looking for and what length i liked and she listened and made my lashes look amazing! Its been about two and a half weeks and i still have most of my lashes. I got so many compliments, people were asking if they were my real lashes and where I went to get them done. I will be requesting Xandria every time!

I absolutely LOVE this amazing lash studio! I’ve been coming here for years and never leave disappointed. Looking for a natural lash look? - I would recommend Peyton! She’s the sweetest lash stylist that makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Would 10/10 recommend this studio!

Go see Brittany she is one of the best lash techs there! I have been to three other amazing lashes and she gives mine the best pop with the least amount of glue. This one tech. Who is no longer there used so much glue my eyes were irritated and I just had to let them fall out. Brittany keeps my lashes healthy, ensures o take care of my lashes. And ensures I have a peaceful experience! Sometimes getting my lashes done is my only hour to myself!!!

Absolutely loved the whole experience! First of all this was my first time getting professional eyelash extensions and the ladies in the front desk walked me through it all, got my style picked out and then the technician did the procedure which was so easy and quick (compared to my last experience) and I loved the results! Very nice natural looking eyelash extensions that did not pain my eyes one bit. Then they called me the next day to check up on my visit and if I had any questions or concerns. Loved the process, loved the employees, loved the location, and loved the results at a reasonable price! I definitely recommend this place for you ladies that want nice natural results!

I went to get my lashes taken off (somebody else did them) and also a full set, but because it took a long time to take the lashes off they didn't want to rush my full set, which I totally understood! they were gentle in my removal and I was so grateful to them for still seeing me because the previous lashes hurt real bad. I am scheduled to go and get my full set this week and I know I will be satisfied because the removal was A1 .

I had a great experience at amazing lash. The front desk is pleasant. My stylist Monica is great. I been going since August 2017. The more I come the better my lashes looks. I will never go back to strips.

What I love most about Amazing Lash on Greenville is their customer service. The place is neat, calm and STACY IS AWESOME at what she does. One small thing that I wish I had known before becoming a member is that one refill a month is just not enough. Other than that I love the place!!!!

so i was down the street getting a smoothie like i always do and i drove past amazing lash studio...i said what the heck and gave them a call...the girl that answered the phone, also named Mel, was SO helpful...she got me in same day with a fantastic stylist. when i came in i was greeted by kellie, the manager, and my lovely stylist Laurynn. lashes look AMAZING and i am so excited about my new lash membership......they even put my smoothie in their fridge so it wouldnt get cold during the appointment - excellent customer service....overall great experience.

I LOVE MY EYELASHES!!! Mia and Ally always do a great job. I've been back already for a refill and love it. This time I even bought the membership and its works out great. It saves a lot to get the membership.

Great service and price! Kelley the manager does a awesome job of keeping things running smoothly around their she does her best to work you in during the busy season by keeping a cancellation list to work customers in that forgot to book a appointment in advance. She is always smiling and creates a warm and friendly environment that is passed down to her employees and people around her. She has a great team of ladies like Audra Lewis, Stacy, Amanda and April just to name a few.

I started getting the lashes about 2 months ago and I love them! I am very pale; a natural redhead and so my natural lashes are blonde. I really hate putting on makeup every day so a lot of times I would just do mascara and lipstick, so everything on my face wouldn't all blend together.

Anyway I love having the extensions. They last a long time. I usually get a refill every 3-4 weeks. I started with just the long black ones, but I have recently switched to the two-tone lashes. They are red on the ends. It's not garish, the two-tone lashes are subtle, but really show best in the sun!

Now, if I wake up late, I can just put a little mascara on the bottom lashes and I'm done. It is completely worth the expense, just for the time you save putting on make-up. Even without eye-shadow, the lashes bring enough definition that it is really not even needed.

I go to the Amazing Lash on Greenville Ave., just north of Lover's Lane. I have been seeing Judith since my very first set. I have actually not had another person do my lashes since I began. She is wonderful and quite professional. She pays attention to detail and makes sure you are completely satisfied with the way they look before you leave.
