Best job experience I've ever had. I'm honored to work alongside so many caring, compassionate & helpful employees. They truly do care about their community & serving the citizens & contractors in Denton to assist them in fulfilling their needs. Joyous to live in & serve my beautiful Denton.

A had a great experience with these folks! I called and had to leave a message, and was honestly scared it would be headache. But lo and behold, they called me back the next day and the representative was super friendly and answered my questions about permits. I was very impressed! Thank you City of Denton Building Safety!

Corey Quirke with the building inspections department has been MORE than helpful to me. I work with multiple cities all day and it is refreshing to work with someone like Corey! Thank you for being so kind!

Arrogant, not knowledgeable, unsatisfactory customer service, etc.

I have had multiple inspectors on my properties and they are the worst I have ever received.

I would recommend a private inspector, but then the city would turn it down and get their inspectors to come and fail you. So you waste money there, I don't have any recommendations except to build elsewhere.

Major changes are needed in this department.
