Ideal Dental Northeast Dallas

After awful previous dental experiences, I met Dr. Chung. She is so sweet, patient and understanding. She takes the time to explain procedures and makes sure I feel comfortable. Brenda is really good at explaining benefits and very informative. Kenya (sorry if misspelled) Dr. Chung’s dental assistant is also very helpful and patient with me. Never had a bad encounter with her or any of the staff. Thank you all for helping us that suffer with dental anxiety.

Great experience! Brenda on the front desk helped get me the best price and treatment plan I needed. Dr Chung is very patient, talks to you about everything she is doing to make you feel super comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

Super happy to find such an amazing team. I had to find a place suitable for my traumatized toddler. The doctors are kind and informative. They do not force your children to do anything they don’t want or hold them down while they scream!

The staff here are amazing, they’ve really helped me in the last few years. I got a partial today and it looks so natural. Everyone is so friendly, I’ve been nervous and they’ve always calmed me down, always making sure I am okay and comfortable. They’re also open on Saturday and are very accommodating, which is a huge plus for a 9-5 worker like me. Thank you ladies!

I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years bc of my past experience with other dentists and I have been terrified since, today I was forced to go due to a pain I had, my mom referred me to this place…..AN MY MOMMA WAS RIGHT….THIS DOCTOR WAS AMAZING!! She was gentle, caring and the best of all, SHE TOOK HER TIME!! The staff made me feel confortable and the doctor made sure that I was ok by constantly asking me during my procedure if I was ok!

We’ve been going here for years before it was ideal dental it was smile workshop. Everyone was great then and is still great now. Brenda is always so nice and so much help. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

I recently move to the Dallas area from Austin. My daughter recommended Ideal Dental. I am so glad that she did! The staff is friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Today Dr. Uma prepared two teeth for crowns. She and her assistant were fabulous. The office is well appointed and appears to have state of the art equipement. 5 stars in all areas!

Brenda helped make me feel very comfortable. I was a bit nervous because the other girls were not very friendly until Brenda took over and she made me feel extremely comfortable about the entire procedure.

Went in for cleaning after NOT being at a dentist office in two years. Got full set of x-rays, doctor visit and exam followed by a deep root cleaning. Numbing cream and numbing injections made deep root cleaning as pain free as possible. DrChung did the cleaning herself which is the first time a doctor did the actual cleaning herself instead of a hygienist. DrChung is the best, always asking if I were ok and went into detail about everything. She also answered ALL of my questions.

Dr Uma was so nice and patient with me. I tend to get a little nervous at the dentist and she made sure I was ok the whole time. I would definitely recommend asking for her on your next visit!

I went in for a cleaning and my visit was very professional and on time. The girls at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The dental assistant was also very professional and friendly. I really liked the dentist and she explained everything In detail after mentioning a few concerns I had about my teeth. I give them a 5 star

Started coming to Ideal Dental in April and I love the staff. They are friendly & very knowledgeable. The facility is always clean. I am 47 years young and I have NEVER in my life liked going to the dentist until 4 months ago- the best place ever!

3.5 weeks ago my youngest sister went and got a dental cleaning at this location and mentioned how everyone there were all very nice and friendly, especially a young lady named Brenda, she stayed in contact with my sister from beginning to end and she made sure my sister was always well informed. I then decided to make an appt for myself and i made sure to ask for Brenda, she was great!! I will continue to get my cleanings here! Thank you for making us feel more at ease when visiting the Dentist!

The Professional Dentists and Technicians are patient and provided the necessary information necessary for me to plan and schedule a course of treatment that fit my availability and budget. Staff was amazing and accommodating!!! When I walked in the receptionist staff was friendly and welcoming. The assistants and dentist were knowledgeable, attentive, and happy to answer all of my questions. I will definitely recommend this place to others!!!
