Kroger Pharmacy

I normally use a competitor pharmacy for my needs, however, they have been out of my medication. The last two times I’ve needed it filled and they cannot give me a date when they will have it
A friend of mine told me try the pharmacy at Kroger.
I went in on Sunday 10 minutes before their lunch break and explain my situation to Blaine ( I think that is his name) who was actually the pharmacist.
He took his time to explain to me the difference in the cost that I would experience due to my insurance and told me he was sorry I was having trouble locating my medicine. I said it would be ready in an hour and he would text me.
45 minutes later, I have my prescription in hand
I just wanted to take a moment to recognize this man for his kindness and effectiveness I know not. Everyone can have a pleasant experience every time, but due to his kindness, I plan on transferring all of my prescriptions to them.

The pharmacy tech that helped me was named Jasmina, she was jazztastic!!!! She is so hardworking and charismatic, especially for working in a pharmacy. I hope her superiors recognize her diligence and reward her for it.

Great pharmacists. The staff is great as well (some temp or recent pharmacy assistants are not as friendly as most, however). As long as they're at full staff, the pharmacy runs efficiently and smoothly. I highly recommend for good service and prices. 1-2 years ago there were very long wait times but that seems to be a thing of the past, thankfully!

Now that the new Kroger Pharmacy and grocery store are up and running in Lebanon, I must say that overall, the Pharmacy service has improved drastically. The people who work in the pharmacy are professional, courteous, and proficient. Phone calls are now answered there by humans! One could not ask for better service. I am so thankful for the positive changes that have created a welcoming environment and great service.

My experience here as a new customer today gives me faith in our community. After a recent heart attack, I have been faced with a lot of stress and costs associated with my life saving rescue (ambulance ride that was diverted to Lebanon Vanderbilt Hospital, 3 cardiac arrests and then life flighted from Lebanon to Vanderbilt for a stent). Of course the cost of lots of new medicines is quite ridiculous, but Nicole my pharmacy technicians tonight (at the end of her shift) made sure to check insurance and cross-check other discounts to save me some money… well actually a lot of money. Nicole deserves to be recognized for the care and respect she gave to me… I am sure she does this for all her patients that walk up to her counter.

Thank you Nicole, I won’t forget this and you’ve made a rough few weeks much brighter tonight!

I can't speak for prescriptions, but after reading negative reviews, wanted to post about a great experience with COVID vaccines. They were organized, friendly, and the person administering the vaccine was very courteous and answered all questions. And surprisingly plenty of seating in the waiting area for a grocery store pharmacy location. Highly recommend this location for getting the vaccine if available.

I have always had great service at this pharmacy. The employees are exceptional. Recently they went overboard when I needed a prescription that was not due per insurance and arranged enough medication to cover my vacation overseas. Had they not done this my supply would have been exhausted prior to my return.Thanks

I've only used Kroger's Pharmacy a few times, as Rite Aid is, er, was my main one, and it's always been a good experience. Staff was friendly, process was quick, and had the best price on the medicine I needed. The biggest negative is the drive-thru setup... sort of awkward, especially in my Tahoe.

I have been getting my medicines and my kids medicines here for YEARS and I've always had good experience with kroger employees. Sometime the drive thru can be very busy but what's new with covid going on.

I have always had great service there. I have no clue why the collective rating is so low. I guess only unhappy customers take time to do a rating. Happy ones don’t tend to make much noise, they are content.

They stay really really helping everyone and yes the phones are crazy there and yes when you have hundreds of calls a day you may have to hold few min.while there helping other patients.which I don't mind I understand.but nice about my krogerpharmacy is there all very kind and nice to me.ive used a few pharmacy that weren't nice or friendly.so yes I love my pharmacy there always there to help and answer any questions I have.

Pretty good experience every time I go here, so no complaints.🤗

Great place

I have used Kroger Pharmacy for many years. Their script discounts are usually better than anyone else's. They will go out of their way to make your order prompt and right. The con on this particular location is that there is only one location in Lebanon. This means that some of your wait times can be between 30-60 minutes. They have gotten faster of late. All in all they do a good job.
