Eugene and the staff at the lebanon location were great. Eugene went above and beyond with helping me after my order was canceled and still showed shipped when u called. Customer service told me the 2 times I had spoked with them had to go to the store. So i will say my experience was a above a 5 star.This is a bday gift also. Thank you!

Store has improved a great deal since we first moved to Lebanon. Staff is friendly, they have a large selection of farm/animal needs. I usually buy online and pick up at the store. Crew is always helpful and kind.

Good for our horses, pigs, cats and dogs adds up. The savings and perks help a great deal.

Team was able to get me 18 rolls of horse fencing when no one else could.

Will continue to be our go-to for farm and animal needs.

At the Lebanon location to day a young man helped with the heavy bags of cat food and bird seed he took them out to my truck for me because I had had surgery yesterday and he was very helpful and polite his name was Logan but I didn't get a last name. He is a very polite and helpful young man.

I took my dog for her rabies shot and the ladies who do the mobile pet clinic were there. They were so nice. They gave my dog her shot without her even noticing. Then gave us a coupon for a free bag of dog food in the brand we always use. Even went to get it for me because I'm in a wheelchair.

Shop here quite a bit. My granddaughter buys giant bags of dog food here. They have very nice clean restrooms for customers. Wheelchairs fit in restroom and hand rails. Soap, toilet paper and hot air hand drying.

I have never had a bad experience here, they always smile and welcome me as soon as I walk into the store as if we are old friends. I go there regularly for dog food and dog toys and all the isles are well marked and the store is always very clean. And the dog toys that they sell exclusively at Tractor Supply are the strongest ones I've ever bought!

Went by for the dog wash station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dog wash station saved the day!!

The staff makes all the difference. We come to this location because they have taken care of us so well. We had 1000 ft of equine fence put up with round posts all from this store. Can't beat the 10% coupons they send out frequently.

We buy all our animal needs here, the dog food prices are fair and there's plenty of options to choose from. We get our dogs grain free food and I was happy to find they had several options on the grain free. We also have chickens and are able to buy all their needs at this location.

Needed something to help my dogs with the itchiness they are having. Medicated baths aren't cutting it. Hopefully the chews I've added to their food starts to help.

Super friendly and helpful. After having 2 broken lawn tractors delivered from another store and taken back. It took all of 10 minutes to get one at TSC. They tested it all out, and even let me borrow their trailer to haul it the 4 miles home. Awesome! Thank you folks!

On November 9th, I had accidentally placed an order and set it to 'Ship to Store' (TSC - Lebanon, TN) instead of 'Pick Up in Store'. My wife had to go pick up the order. She was met with an extremely busy store.

The employee she met there there by the last name of Belcher was very patient and bent over backwards to help my wife. All the while ended up getting berated by another unfriendly customer.

Amidst all this, he kept his cool and was very helpful to my wife. @TSC - I want to thank you for choosing to hire such a person. I look forward to shaking his hand soon.

I had a bad truck wreck a month ago, broke a bunch of ribs and crushed three vertebrae in my back. I'm limited two picking up 10 lbs or less. I went after horse and donkey food. The help there totally took care of handling the product and loading it in my van. They are always so helpful.

The most helpful and interesting place to learn about all my four legged family members.needs. This is only lacking grooming and treatment of a Vet. Lol ! We love it, and could stay for quite a spell just as a "I WANT THAT AND THAT".

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores! I can get anything there from clothing to bird seed to cat and dog food to baby chicks. They also have lots of equipment, machinery, tools, and so much more. They even have peanuts in the shell!

ALWAYS loved this place... From back when we had horses n cows to anything/ everything in between!!!

Actually b4 I seen some of her things U found a gorgeous Sencie burner .... It's like a white wash.... And I have had sooo many compliments on it!! Ohhh y'all should try all the goodies in The smelly scents they carry!!
