WM - Schertz Container Shop

So far so good. We have only just received our dumpster; not received service yet. Other than the first salesperson ghosting us for 2 weeks; it has been a positive experience so far.

We are very fortunate to have Waste Management as our Waste collection company for our city. The drivers are excellent and always leave our Waste and recycling trashcans back in place with no debris left behind. On a very rare occasion I've called customer service and the representatives are courteous and very responsive in resolving any questions. Thanks for the great service!

We love our whole experience with WM. Our garbage men are always friendly, prompt and leave our containers exactly where we left them. If we have bags of leaves or extra items they are always so good about helping out and collecting everything for us. No issues at all.

Excellent service by Waste Management staff.
We have garbage receptacle that is picked up and emptied twice a week, and recycling is picked up every two weeks. They are large containers and meet our needs.
Also noteworthy is that garbage was even picked up this week on our regular scheduled pickup despite the warnings about ice storm here. Thank you for all you do.

they make arrangements to pick up brush for veterans, they come when they say they will and many cities/states only have one pick up of trash once per week while we have two. in summer and almost year round that's important since it cuts down on smell, flies, and other bugs from accumulating during hot temps. and you get notified of change in schedule due to holidays
