Toby in flooring is an awesome guy. We were looking at installing our own flooring at the most cost effective way, which was turning out to be very complicated. He showed us a great product that cost nearly the same and cut the work by half. He also shared with my husband how to get the veterans discount through the Lowes app (he's missing his physical veterans ID). We saved almost a couple hundred dollars with the discount. We were so relieved and extremely happy with our purchases. Toby knows his stuff. Super competent, respectful, and attentive to your specific needs.

Garrett in plumbing was very helpful. I was a little shy about what I needed since I was overwhelmed, but his service excellence, patience and guidance was truly superb! Lowe’s is lucky to have this gentleman with them, he is honestly the most helpful and nice person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to at this location. Great service, Garrett. Thanks again !!!

Larry did a great job helping us get our bathroom vanities! They were awkward to get down from the top shelf but he was super friendly and helped us very quickly!

The person that helped us out was Toby in flooring and we will continue going back to this store because of him. Not only was he knowledgeable but he was patient and tried giving us the best deals that the store was offering. He did his best to make us feel comfortable. I love the customer service and professionalism of the staff at this location. Lowes, in general, makes using the military discount much easier than Home Depot, and the prices are good. The store is clean, the return process/refunds are easy and usually don't take too long depending on how busy they are.

The girl's in the garden section are the best. Great customer service. Melissa is one of the friendliest cashier always smiling and always willing to help. Theresa is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met. She knows her plants. I am learning everything I can. Thank u girl's. If I owned a business I would love to have them on my team. Keep up the great job. This is the old guy who loves plants and people who love to help others like me.

Sadie was sooooooo wonderful. She was the cashier in the customer service returns. Such a sweetheart. She really went out of her way to help! Thank you for the help. Clean. Large. Use your coupons. Clear isle.

Great place for savings! Always busy. Friendly staff (mostly).
Very rarely when walking down the aisles maybe with a confused look on my face will a team member will ask-- "Do you need help/assistance with anything?" .. which is a shame. All the team members seem to be on another mission to assist another person or to hurriedly stock XYZ Shelf. Anywho, I like lowes. And it's my go-to store for home improvement goodness. 👍🏻👍🏻🫡

First time there at this location since moving from SC . Always have shopped there for my graden needs. Customer service was Great very friendly. I was upset when my account was close always paid in time only cause I was under my daughter's name to be able to use and have my owe card . But Lowe's is a great place to shop . Bought my zero turn , lawn mowers , weedeaters and many of my Garden equipment . Thank you so much .

Hector in hardware is possibly one of the best employees I've met in my visits to this store, he was very helpful in determining the price and what kind of materials I needed for my project, I accidentally forgot to bring some pocket change and came up a few cents short, he had no problem and wavered the little bit of change. This is a prime example of an excellent employee with great experience! Thank you so much, sir!

Didn't realize it was close to closing time when I asked for 200 pavers. I was asked what vehicle I was using. Stated, truck. They asked how much truck could hold. I gave info. I found on internet which was incorrect. These folks were willing to work unpaid overtime to reduce load. I decided that I would return the next day instead. Really appreciate their consideration and attention to detail.

I always find what I need at Lowes. Overall, the prices are not too bad. They also offer a 10% discount to the military. I do hope they can get some new handicap electric carts. There are a lot of us that use them regularly.
