The Family Doctors

I have had consistently good service from Randy Martz and his nurses. He has been my primary for over a decade. Whenever I have had an issue, he has resolved it quickly. I trust him and his staff. My father used to say "When you find a good doctor, keep him/her". I found a good one.

We had a great experience at this clinic. From my first phone call with the receptionist to the nurse and then when we saw Dr Randy Martz. My husband had to go to er on a sunday for bladder and they put a catheter in. They gave us a dr to follow up with and said to go see him on Monday. Because we were a new patient we would have to wait 10days and told us the catheter had to stay in for 10days. The infection was clearing up with the meds they gave us and was better by Monday. I called 10 doctors and none of them would see him before 10 days.I was upset because I read that they have lots of bacteria and should be cleaned and changed etc. The one the er gave us was cheap leaked would not stay on his leg and he had to hold it on when he walked and they said he could wear it to work. REALLY!!! and I could not even go to a medical store and get a better bag so if we could not get in to see a doc and he had to wear it everything would be cleaned and stay on while he walked because you have to have a prescription from a doctor to even buy that stuff. REALLY!! Anyway I finally tried Family Practice and they listened to my problem and went and spoke to the Dr Martz and he gave us an appointment for the next morning and I did not talk to them till 2 pm. Everyone was very nice and had experience and answers to all of our questions and concerns. The doctor took out the catheter because most of the infection you could see had cleared up and it would have been crazy to leave it in for 10 days. Not to mention the bacteria it carries and new infections it can create. He recommended a urologist to follow up with after he had finished the antibiotic to see if every thing was ok and to make sure it was nothing more serious. We have change to start using the clinic and Dr Martz for other services we will need in the future. I am a caregiver for a living so I would not stop til I found a doc to see him. God knows what happens to those poor people that would have believe the referral doctor and the er and ended up wearing a painful embarrassing catheter that would not stay up when they walked and have to miss a week of work probably un paid because they think that the doctor was right. Finding a group of doctors that all genuinely care about their patients was hard to find! I've gone to this clinic since college at UNT so I've had to see all of them at least once. They're always personable and I never have to wait! I'd give 10 stars if I could.

We used to see Dr. Gorman and as he retired we now are with Dr. Brito. The office now is part of a larger group and the name changed to Premier Independent Physicians. Dr. Brito and his team are really amazing and we are being taken care of extremely well. Thank you!

Dr. Brito is absolutely outstanding. He takes time to explain things and answer your questions. You do not feel rushed like you do with some doctors. He is also very thorough. I can't recommend enough!

I’ve been to here twice. The staff is always very warm and welcoming. Dr. Gordon is so caring and respectful. Very convenient to have the in office pharmacy.

The Family Doctors are a top-notched family care facility. From the front desk, to the nurses, and the physicians, each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and will make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Brito is very good. He takes time to talk with you. Does not rush he takes time and listens to you, and explains things to you. The whole staff is great very nice

I’ve always had amazing service from Dr Randy Martz, and the rest of the staff is excellent as well. I’m always seen in a timely manner, and my prescriptions are filled almost immediately.

When you head is exploding from coughing, you can't hear, your leaving for Disney at 6:00 am and they refill your RX. Loved this place for 26 years.

We have being coming here since we moved to Denton in 10/2018 and we love it, they have always being here for us we have needed them. Thanks to the drs and all the staff..

I've been to a lot of doctors offices in town and none have had as friendly staff and warm environment.

If your looking for caring doctors with minimal wait time, Family Doctors is the place to go. Very thorough and caring facility.

Was great place to go when I was extremely sick. The dr was very caring and we'll definitely go back for my physical this yr.

It isn't the Family Doctors anymore, the new people are wonderful. Much more caring than my old doctor.

Ladies in the front desk are so nice everyone in this clinic is amazing

Good doctors but a little robotic though
