Central Insurance Agency reviewed my current auto and home policies and identified several items that needed to be added or adjusted. In short, our agent did a thorough review and looked for coverage that fit the changes needed.

Specifically, the auto policy liability coverages were reviewed and increased, the policy moved from 6 months to 1 year at a substantial savings.

Our agent identified “uninsured” items on my previous ho owners policy that are critical n North Central Texas—water backup, sump discharge, overflow, hidden water or steam seepage. The additional coverage and increases to dwelling, personal property, etc. resulted in an annual rate that was within a few dollars of the rate I was previously paying.

My experience with Logan Helal at Century Insurance has been fantastic. When we originally switched our auto and rental policies from State Farm, he went to bat for us to provide important coverage State Farm couldn’t offer, and at a lower premium! More recently our 15-year-old got his permit and Progressive wanted to add him as a rated driver (as opposed to permitted), which would have tripled our rates. Knowing this was an unnecessary price hike, Logan found us a far better deal through Travelers PLUS added better roadside and comp coverage for barely a few dollars more per month.
