KFC

I haven't been to a KFC in a few years now but decided to give it a try just to have something different. I don't know if it's all locations,or this one in particular but it was across the board the best fast food experience I have had in some time. The restaurant was very clean, the food was hot and fresh, and most shocking the service was great. The employees seemed dedicated to customer service, even came around a few times checking on customers who were dining in. This quality and service at this KFC location is what all fast food restaurants should arrive to obtain.

Excellent and efficient service. I swung in here while I was getting my oil changed next door at Valvoline. I ordered the eight-piece chicken but I have to admit I did get confused when she said that I could get all dark meat and then at the end of figuring out what pieces I wanted I accidentally said all legs. I was surprised when there were eight chicken legs in the basket but they were helpful to remedy that and give me 8 thighs.... which is what I originally meant.

I will say the chicken is sometimes a little bit on the greasy side and I'm kind of curious what they infuse into the meat that makes it so filling.... But it sure is tasty!

Sunday lunch dine in. Everyone very friendly, service quick and food was great. No complaints. Honestly for me, best part was the employees were so nice and smiling. That means alot.

The food was yummy just as expected. The location was clean but Adin was a stellar employee. Very considerate and respectful of all the customers. Service with a smile!

We dined in and had a very nice dining experience. Jesse was very friendly and helpful..to the degree that it made me take the time to leave this review. This KFC is the best we've been to in a long time. Also, compliments to the kitchen crew..the food was delicious, hot and fresh!! 🙂

Yes 5 stars! Travelling in the area I was already 4 hrs and wanted KFC.
I stopped at this location close to 9 pm but there were 8 cars ahead of
me. Figured this was gonna make me even later. WRONG! all the people ahead of me were gone so quickly. What is happening here? I was in line about 9 minutes from ordering to pick up. By the time I drove 20 feet to the window my order was in the bag. It was a busy Friday night but this crew was outstanding. Order was accurate, ready so fast, My first time here and I was so impressed with everything here. Great friendly staff, super efficient. There's something right going on here.....I'll be back!

Love that chicken, no matter what kind of chicken you want or like, it's the best, everything they have is delicious service doggie friendly very clean, I'm going back for sure in a couple of days .

Our local KFC closed a few years ago so I don't get to have it often, but it is always delicious. We got original recipe plus taters, green beans, cole slaw and mac/chz. Plus biscuits. It took us a couple of days to eat it all, but we loved every bite!

I ordered through delivery.com which is an icon just under the KFC logo on google. I ordered a 12 piece and got a two piece. I am not sure how legit delivery.com is since it is new and I have never seen it before. At the end of the day, the manager was gone and his substitute was very professional and helped me out. Thank you KFC on 306!

This store is still new and the line was long but the girl at the window was super nice. She took time to talk to us and treat is as a person instead of just taking our payment and giving is our food. Her name was Keira I think. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable.

Just got my kentucky Fried chicken and it was fresh,hot, And Delicious! We have been waiting for KFC TO return to the area and we are so over the moon it finally returned.
The chicken was excellent! The sides were fresh too!
We will be customers that will return soon!

The secret recipe of herbs and spices of The Colonel still sounds its clarion call in a singularly sumptuous way! Always good, and the friendly window staffer put our drive thru experience over the top. Oh...and the secret recipe fries??? Oh yeah!

I always ride my motorcycle thru the drive thru windows these days (2021)
due to most dining rooms closed. Always get "thrown out" or try walking thru, aunt gonna happen..
Well KFC on 306 in New Braunfels took my order, allowed me to pass the cara waiting and park bike as u can 👀.
Walked in line to window to pay...

Motorcycle Friendly Drive-Thru

Oh my I hadn't eaten KFC in years since they knocked out the one we had here in New Braunfels many moons ago. The food was very delicious and at affordable prices. And the employees were all very pleasant, We will be going back

They were out of crispy chicken. We decided to wait for fresh. Food was incredible and the service was amazing! Best KFC around!

Super clean. Very nice and helpful employees. Quick service. Food was great!! Will be back. So glad KFC is in this area.
