Walmart Pharmacy

I just love this pharmacy 💗 The staff are ALWAYS friendly and professional.
I've never had to wait more than a few minutes.

Have to say thanks to Barb who went above and beyond to help get a prescription filled the day of my surgery. I was lucky to reach her and her team. They were all kind, helpful and professional. Really just a big thanks here.

I've gotten meds from this pharmacy a few times in the past few months and I've received nothing but excellent customer service from the people checking in my new medication to the people filling it, to the pharmacist who explains it to me. I am surprised because Walmart is not really up to par on customer service, but this pharmacy is a good one.

Perfect service!!! Very friendly and helpful. Been using them regularly for years. They have gone out of their way to help me.

From Memphis to the Misty Mountains, slidin' on back to Missouri just to get down at the Walmart pharmacy... no place I'd rather be!

I live in Houston Missouri and have had to get meditation filled they were very gracious.

I have had scripts filled here for several years and I've always received helpful and courteous service with good prices.

General pharmacy with vitamins and all medications. They take awhile so don't be in a hurry dropping off prescriptions here.

We came to pick up a curbside prescription. I called twice at the pharmacy number and nobody picked up. It was 2:09 PM so I know the pharmacists were back from lunch. After no success, we called the main Walmart number for an associate. The associate puts us on hold and comes back to tell us that the pharmacists are in. She puts us back on hold to get them on the line and it continues ringing back to her since nobody wanted to pick up the call. I try calling the direct pharmacy line one more time and still nothing. Finally, we got hung up on by the associate. I do like going to Walmart for shopping and automotive services but I will never go back to their pharmacy after this experience! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!

1st TIRE: got the call my tire was in. Service was great I was in and out. (About a month ago)
2nd TIRE: ignorant staff, was told wouldn't take more than an hour, took 2 hours and 10 minutes. (Ordered tire Friday service this Monday)
3rd & 4th TIRE: called to check to see if my tires were in (they are special order tires) I was transferred multiple times with no answer. Then was transferred to a manager whom put me on hold for over 30 minutes. Drove up there (still on hold) to talk to the automotive manager who first said the tires would not be in until Wednesday or Thursday. Walked me back to the automotive section then said they should be in today. (Was told with the 1st tire that they receive the delivery the next day by 9-10AM I knew this but the manager didn't...) needless to say I'm not sure what happened to the staff in a month but they are ignorant, Rude and obviously do NOT answer the phone and don't call as promised. Oh and stayed on hold from a manager (even while there) for over 45 minutes before hanging up when I left. The only reason I hung up was to call other automotive shops to price check putting a tire on.

it seems NOBODY working in that particular pharmacy is on the same page. wanted to keep wm as our pharmacy when we moved from high ridge to st louis and had such a good exp with the high ridge location fidured there would be no problem. WRONG, they fail at properly transferring from high ridge drive half hour to telegraph and its either not ready or hasnt been transferred yet after waiting 3 dats to go get it. just ridiculous. theyve refused doctors orfers to fill certain meds. alters my mood every time i try to pick up my meds. one day this med costs 44 dollars the next day the same exact med only a different tech fills it and says 12. nothing good to say about it

Please save yourself the trouble and drive down Lindbergh to Kmart or Target. I've had the WORST experiences at this location. The co-manager there Bryce is not a good guy so avoid at all cost. If you do go to the location, my advice is to use cash only. They seem to like to charge your purchases more than once like they did me today,...

Continuously have to wait over an hour for prescriptions. My provider placed the order around 12, I got there around 2 and was told it would be 20 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes I went back to the counter and was told it was still being filled. This pharmacy is a joke.

Worst experience at a pharmacy ever; I was there near the pharmacy closing time, and after running my prescription WRONG and overcharging me, the tech told me she would not fix it and I would have to come back the next day to get the error corrected. Two other techs just stood there and watched her say this before slamming the pharmacy gate down in my face. Terrible service and techs too ignorant to do the job correctly! Steer clear of this location!
