Riz was awesome! I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. I went a second time and saw Lexi who was also very helpful and knows her stuff. They get 5 stars.

We needed to add a line to our account. We went to the att store at telegraph and 255 and man are we glad we did! Riz not only got us our additional phone, but was able to get us a huge discount and help us upgrade our very old phones! Very friendly and knowledgeable! So glad to have come to this store! Lexi Natsis at the store off of Telegraph Road was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable on what she was doing and set me up with the new iPhone 15 along with lowering my bill. Which completely go back and see her again!

Rizz is a wonder. The modem we use for our home phone wouldn’t work. In a few minutes she had fixed the problem and got it working. Her knowledge was extensive. While she worked on that problem she was able to give us tips and suggestions that we will use going forward. She is kind and treated us with respect.

Got a killer deal on Fiber Install, New phone, and a great phone plan. I was done in an hour. Riz is the best!

went in the other day to get an apple watch and the young lady associate w blue eyes & black hair was so helpful! i had a lot of questions and was wondering the best way to go about getting my watch and she was very knowledgeable & just knew the answers right off the bat. i KNOW i made the best decision for getting my watch. :) thank you!

I had talked to several people on AT&T support but with very little success.
Rizz at the Telegraph Store was able to retrieve all my info and help me set up a medical app. Finally success in about 20 minutes.

The manager Devin was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and was willing to help in any he could. He made the process of transitioning to a new phone absolutely seamless. Made sure I got the best deal and had a good time while in the store. He even let my little one run wild in there and told me that’s what kids were made to do. This has always been my favorite location because of its convenient location to me, but definitely will be returning back to this store in the future because of him. Highly recommend!

Devon at the Telegraph store was the best. He was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had an old S6 and desperately needed a new phone. He was able to transfer all of my data to my new phone, even though my old phone's battery was totally shot. Highly recommend Devon and his store.

I’m so glad I came into this location! I recently got a IPhone 12 and I feel so relieved after getting my phone service started with Devon at AT&T. He’s honest and so helpful. After fighting a different store, visited this little joy. I was provided prompt service, and after denial of service at another store, was added with no fuss to authorized user list for account. Associate was friendly, honest, and didn't try to force up sales. When account status notified derelict payment, associate intelligently noted zero balance and proceeded with transaction.

The new manager Devon is absolutely outstanding. Doesn't care about his wallet. Just wants to help people and be REALLY helped me. Thank you so much. This is the kind of stuff that doesn't get talked about enough. Ask for Devon when you come here!!!

The customer service representative Joey did an outstanding job. To be honest I hate getting new cell phones and even though the Samsung selection was limited due to the computer chip shortage, I was able to find a phone. I am happy to have found an AT&T store that values me as a customer.

Devon, the manager, was totally awesome . He spent time with me, explained everything, gave me new customer discounts and was pleasant and very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this store
