They had the truck ready to go when I arrived to purchase. Brenden was easy to deal with, Yancy was great with communication. Had a minor issue with the truck that another dealer was attempting to deny warranty. They made it right to cover the relatively cheap repair, thanks for making it right!

I went and looked for a new vehicle at Donalson Dodge and have also had all my mechanic work done there on my previous car. Whilst rabbit-holing (not a real word) down the interwebs one day, I came across a truck that I would refer to as a “unicorn.” A 2020 Ram 2500 4x4 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel with only 25K on the odometer and it had to be mine. I called Donalson to inquire about it when a very upbeat and professional salesman named Brenden answered the phone. My situation was a little special, nothing they hadn’t seen before, but he assured me that they could assist. For the next couple of days, Brenden effectively communicated with me via text until one day, he told me I was approved. I grabbed my girlfriend and a fist full of cash and off we went! The entire two-hour ride from Cypress, TX, to Silsbee, I thought surely something would go wrong and hold this deal up. Well… I was wrong! We got there, and the truck was outside, looking like it needed a new home, and I was happy to oblige. We met the upbeat and professional salesman I spoke to on the phone. He welcomed us to the dealership, offered us drinks, and took us to his desk, where he had a few brain teaser puzzles. My girlfriend sat there figuring them out like she does because she's smart like that. He told us the paperwork was being prepared and that we should be signing soon. About 30 minutes later, we met another friendly and professional guy named Joel, the finance director. He had all of the paperwork prepared and ready to sign. He used this huge screen for us to sign on, like something out of a CSI show. It was cool, or at least I thought it was anyway. We signed ALL the paperwork, shook hands, and parted ways. Afterward, we met Brenden on the sales floor and I thanked him for his help. He threw me the keys and I drove away in my truck with the dumbest smile. I regret nothing!!
I said all that to say this. Brenden, Joel, and Donalson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were a pleasure to work with. I will call them again when I am ready for another truck or any other product they have hanging around on their lot.
Also, it took me about six weeks longer than it should have to write this review after I told Brenden I would be back in early December. My bad, Brenden!

Benden was awesome to work with he worked with me most of the day looking at different trucks and seeing what I wanted and what they had. I wasn’t forced into a truck and I didn’t settle for less than what I asked for on a truck. They put in work and got me in a nice truck with a payment I can handle. I’ll definitely be back there in the future.

I brought my truck in for service and figured that it would take a long time and be expensive. Instead, the technician did a quick analysis and found my problem right away I barely had time to have a cup of coffee when the issue was resolved. He showed me the problem and we discussed alternatives. I am thoroughly satisfied..

We dealt with Davud Poe and Brandon Murphy and they were awesome in every sense of the word. We both spoke to Cody on the phone but the day we were there for at least 4 hours he never said a word to us. Everyone else were very friendly.

“Buckshot” Dillon was awesome!!! I was walking around the other lot for about 15 to 20 minutes and not one person came out. Got closer to the lot he was in and he came and asked if he could help me. He walked around both lots with me for about 20 minutes showing me types of vehicles I was interested in. And it was HOT OUT!! He is very friendly and down to earth and made the experience awesome. Fiance drove 3 hours for a vehicle he saw on carguru. He called them and they went ahead and started his paperwork to see if he would even qualify for that specific car before we got there. We got there late after closing hours.
Not only did they stay extra for him after closing but they helped us with the insurance and were patient enough to wait till he found a coverage that best suits his financial and car needs. We even checked the car out and test drove it before anything and once they explained his monthly car payments, which was extremely cheap, all he had to do was sign and we left the lot with a new car.
Again, we didn't leave till 2 hours after they had closed.

This is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and they have life long customers! Their Customer service is unmatched! Most say they go above and beyond but they, REALLY ago above and beyond.Holden, Brandon, and the Sales Manager Keenan are absolutely amazing! and will work even after you leave the lot on your behalf. Second time this year! Donalson CDJR has put us in a new vehicle. My wife needed a new vehicle. So we went to Donalson (without an appointment). Upon arrival, I asked for salesman Bryan Welker because of how well he treated us during our last auto purchase. Within minutes he met us on the lot with the keys to the vehicle my wife was interested in. Bryan was very knowledgeable about this vehicle as he is with all of the brands he sells. He walked us around the vehicle explaining all the features it had. Then we went for a test drive. My wife loved the vehicle. So, we discussed what terms we wanted and Bryan took it from there. We quickly made a deal and got top value for our trade in. The entire deal went very smooth. Before leaving Bryan had the vehicle detailed and filled up with fuel.
