Who rates a grocery store? On thanksgiving morning no less! Someone who is pleasantly stunned at the cleanliness, service and selection. Wow! Happy Thanksgiving and thank you!

They have food!!! You can wander around all willy-nilly pushing a metal cart on wheels and pick what you want! IT'S CRAZY!!!!

Then, there are some very polite young ladies near the door that will take money in exchange for what is in your cart.

This is gonna take off. Soon, these sort of establishments are going to be everywhere. Keep your eyes open!

Rather go to this place then Walmart where they want u to do your own checking, I enjoy talking to the personal, they r great

Very nice and honest employees. I lost my wallet and one of the employees found it and turned it in. The cash was still in it too. :) The produce is great and so are the folks at the deli counter.

Best canned cat food.
My cats won't eat anything else but Hill Country Fare Mixed Grill cat food.

Love HEB but......we need a HEB Plus in Lumberton Texas. Our HEB Minus is not cutting it!

It's HEB man what more can you say? You've never heard of HEB?! Then you better come check out the best dang grocery store in Texas!

Staff are courteous and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. Pretty much everything you'd expect a grocery store to have.

Their brand label is a must to try! I've had their chips, cookies, meat, cheese, ice cream, frozen meals, fresh meals, and others and can say theirs is just as good if not better than the big labels out there. Plus they are usually a bit cheaper too!! So win win!

Great food selection, the corn on the cob always tastes sweet and fresh, prices and items to choose from are great, and there are no self checkout counters. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. We Love our HEB!

Love this grocery store. Great prices throughout the store. They have great staff and their store is clean. We recommend HEB grocery and pharmacy to everyone. Checkout the online ordering too so you can drive up and pick you items up.

The manager was extremely helpful without me even asking for help. He happened to be walking down the aisle I was on and I was struggling to make a decision on something to give my sick dog and he took the time to speak we me and tell me what he uses and then walked me to the aisle where I could find the product he recommended. I'll definitely return just because he was so helpful and friendly!!!

Please build a super store in Lumberton. Build it and we will shop there.

Staff is always friendly! The best meat department around!!! Need a certain amount of ground beef just ring the bell and they will make it up for you! Don't see a package of steak big/small enough for your needs ring the bell!! They also have the best sales every week! Love love the staff

I only wish they made homemade tortillas at this location. Friendly staff and everything you need in stock

I love HEB. Don't get to go there often because it's so far away from where I live. Store is always clean and employees are Willing to help.

This H-E-B is smaller than some others I been to but they have a decent food selection and price is good. For today's expectation that is. I been to this store probably about three times since moving to Silsbee this year. I will say it's better than the Walmart with price range. The staff is friendly. They'll load your buggy for you at the cashier too. I don't mind doing it myself, it's just nice. We'll be shopping here more often

I love coming here for my grocery trips! Although it is not the same selection as the one in Beaumont (like the sushi) it is still a really great place to get your chicken, beef, or pork. I love the ground sirloin they offer! It is very lean so you get more out of what you pay for vs that nasty fatty meat from walmart 🤢

Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are decent. Store is clean. Since the store is rather small, I'm impressed with how many product choices there are. The other customers are also polite and friendly (except for you, Buggy Betty; quit blocking the aisle with your unattended cart) I'd much rather shop here than the other local groceries. 10/10.

Great store and staff. Professional and friendly. I have loved HEB for many years. Wish we had one in Woodville. Please bring us one.

Pharmacy employees are exceptionally helpful. I love the discounts and I am in the process of moving all of my prescriptions there, even though I don't live in Beaumont.
