Stopped in for recall work which I had been made aware of at another dealership. That previous dealership, however, was unable to fit me in to address the recall issues, advising me that one of the two would take anywhere from 4 to 5 hours and that I would need to schedule an appointment...with the next available time being almost 4 weeks from that day.

Nissan of Silsbee not only had an appointment available on my next available day, but they quickly took care of my recall issues - in 2.5 hours compared to the 4-5 which I had been quoted - and provided me with a thorough inspection of my vehicles systems and critical areas. I'm already planning on returning for additional service when I have the availability in the future.

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Rodrick listened to everything that I wanted and wasted no time finding me a reliable car. He didn’t just try to sell me the newest, most expensive vehicle on the lot like other dealerships did! They also made trading in my previous car extremely easy and gave me a good trade in allowance.
