Walmart Supercenter

Ppl were pretty nice and helpful, especially the shop Associates/ mechanics.
Had to get unforseen items to get a time sensitive task done. Thanks y'all and God bless

What a great store! Found what I've been looking for since NM! And they let me stay the night in the parking lot in my RV, how much better can it get than that?! Thank you so much, Walmart, truly appreciate you. Merry Christmas to all!

Google is a tremendously handy lifesavery that has helped to guide me to learn new cities and figure my way to new locations coming from a Small Town Country Boy Like Me

The staff there were really nice and helpful. There were about 5 or 6 registers open which was very surprising compared to the other Walmarts in my area

Its walmart , who doesn't love walmart. The workers are very nice

I did a curbside pickup. My order was ready for the time they told me. It was delivered by one of the associates. She was very kind and made sure who I was.

Love Walmart we shop at almost every week.

Had to give credit to my girls at the silsbee, Walmart! Tonya at the door, and the cashier, Maddie. These girls were so sweet and warm to me when I came through to grab a few things. Tonya has the most inviting and bright smile, and did not miss a beat with her greeting❤ Maddie is so funny and goofy that it reminded me of my friends back in high school. Five stars to these lovely ladies!

Great customer service here with Latoya the lady whom went out of her way when my phone didn't work for pick up identification. She quickly responded to my question, and less than 3 minutes later she returned with our groceries. Of all the Walmarts I have been to, this one above all has been outstanding. Thank you miss LaToya. You have been the first of many ,here lately, to be competent, professional, and amazing polite. Thank you. ( If I owned this Walmart in Silsbee, Tx.) You could bet I would put this lady in management position. More like her needed

Love this store but today went to deli to get Cajun turkey lunch meat and smoked Gouda cheese sliced but the employees were too busy discussing the stuff in the fryer neither of which knew how long to cook it to attend to myself and another customer in a wheel chair and when asked about the cheese their response was what ever is in the case….also need to stick more Yuengling flight beer never in stock

I usually have what you need if you can't find it customer service will help you very affordable friendly service

They make shopping so easy - shipping, home delivery, curbside pickup and in the store. Walmart+ is totally worth it. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Walmart associates are always courteous and helpful - very friendly.

One of my favorite Walmart. Clean. Nice and helpful staff. It's laid back and easier to go shopping for food and other. Able to get help anytime I have been in there.

I was actually there for a network repair issue and had contact with Daniel Tucker the manager and he was awesome. Great additude and super accommodating. Great store in my humble opinion.

Running a little late leaving this review, But I have to say the crew working about a week ago was amazing. I work for a small Homecare company and have several clients in the silsbee area, I got a call one if them was In Walmart and was getting weak....I called Walmart and a sweet lady answered the phone I told her who I was, who I worked for, what was going on, and the location of my client in the store she immediately jumped to action getting someone (a young man) to bring her an electric scooter cart to sit on until I could get to the store and assist my client finish shopping. The you man that delivered the cart even asked if she needed anything else and offered to help her finish shopping... I did not catch the names of these two but they definitely deserve some recognition for a job well done.

Silbees Tx. super store way better than Jasper Tx. super store cleaner more open well lited can see what your buying cheaper at gas like 18¢ cheaper in fuel

Pretty good service in all areas of the store. Needs more check-out clerks when it gets super busy, but the service is reasonably good.

I love the pickup service. Especially the sweet young lady Makayla that did my shopping today. Always the kindest people. And they have only made a few mistakes in over a year. Great at choosing subs. So thankful for the service our store has been during this trying time.
