Mi Casita

I walked into this restaurant not knowing what to expect. Not only was the food great the owner was so friendly and personable. He shared his journey and how he came to have such a great restaurant. This family is very hard working and the food is pretty authentic. I ordered the fresh guacamole and chicken fajita nachos. They were both delicious and fresh! The salsa was pretty good as well a little spice, but a lot of flavour.

We definitely will be back to enjoy their outdoor sitting.

I am very partial to original barbacoa. What one would call the "real deal". I was invited to breakfast there and I certainly had the "real deal" barbacoa. Today I had the lunch specialty plate of Carne Guisada... Amazing! It's so good.

We stopped here for a late lunch while visiting my niece at UNT. It has a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere and the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. The owner was incredibly friendly and kind. My niece accidentally left her keys here and when we were retracing our steps and landed back at Mi Casita they had just closed for the day, but the owner had her keys and had been waiting for us to come back. Great family-run establishment!

Yes! Finally, Mexican food that isn’t saturated in oil! The refried beans are VEGAN which is so rare to find. Everything tasted great (dare I say, even healthy). Our only complaint is their hours, would love to see them open for dinner!

This was our first visit and we understand why so many people love eating at Mi Casita. The food is great, the staff is very friendly and the food portions are generous. We will definitely return for another visit.

Finally tried this place for first time today ordered there famous burrito perfect flavor ground beef seasoned excellent and perfect portions of cheese sour cream and guacamole it was great definitely going back to try there other food as well and love how it's family owned and operated great place

Wonderful hidden gem! Service was wonderful. Employees very nice. We loved the beef crunchy taco & cheese enchilada plates. Hope to try breakfast tacos next time.

I love this Mexican restaurant. It's my "go to" place for the breakfast taco combo. Although it's a small establishment, I've never had any issues with finding seating. It's nice, comfortable and the food is fantastic!! The staff is also great.

We love this place! Things are simple and straight forward. I try to visit each time I get to Denton. It is a great place to sit and decompress for about an hour or so over a great meal.

I get my breakfast here on my way to work frequently, the staff are always very nice and the food is tasty at a great price. I have had no issues with them and I always like their customer service and food.

Wonderful, service great and good food. I've even had catered items from this restraunt. It's always a pleasure and I definitely recommend the Fajitas meal.

Mi Casita has become one of my favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The salsa taste delicious and fresh, I can eat it all day. I have had the tacos, flauntas, and quesadillas, and I was not disappointed.
