Great staff! Very welcoming. I found everything I needed for my newly accepted TWU daughter. They even had TWU merch for proud Moms and Dads to wear.

Not the best of what TWU has to offer in bookstores.

Your basic campus store. Staff are friendly in person but rude and unprofessional when conducting business over the phone. Long lines to purchase materials for the first week of classes; AVOID this by finding your course syllabus and ordering online from the publisher, Slug Books, or Amazon before classes start (sorry, late registration students and commuters!).

This place serves its purpose, students get their textbooks here. If you want customer service it depends on the day and who is working there. I've had very nice people help me and others not so nice.
