Rhealee was amazing to work with! We utilized the Pick & Plant option and she helped us find the trees we were looking for, calling one in from another nearby store. It came within two days and was planted two days after that! The whole process was smooth and transparent in what we were paying for. We were provided options and information, but the decision was ours. The trees are happy in their new home :) Thank you Rhealee & Calloway's!

Stopped by this location to get some plants to spruce up our front yard landscaping. I had several questions since I wanted to do something different this year in our yard. An employee named Ford helped me out. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help answer ALL my questions and what would work best. Thank you again Ford, I know my wife is going to be happy with the selections. I would recommend Ford and this Calloway's to all my friends and family.

We had the BEST experience at Calloways Denton, TX. We were looking for certain plants that thrive in shade and the Manager, Maddison was so helpful. She knew exactly what we needed and was extremely knowledgeable. Raylee was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. These ladies are doing a fabulous job! Also, Haley was so nice at checkout and even offered to help us to the car with our items. WTG Calloways Denton! Life long customer!

We have bought our Christmas Tree here for five years running. It's actually our family tradition for my birthday because my birthday falls during Thanksgiving week. This year our tree fully dried out weeks faster than all of the previous years despite doing all of the things necessary to keep a tree fresh for as long as possible (cut trunk, fed and watered, out of sunlight, and away from heating vents). I was really worried about our tradition being over but I cannot stress enough how above and beyond the customer service here is! I have only experienced customer service like this a handful of times in my entire life. I highly recommend that you shop here for all of your Christmas tree and year round gardening needs! And I'm happy to know they stand behind their products because next spring we have a huge landscaping project to get done - and I suspect we'll come here first! Thank you guys for being a stand-up company!

Rhealee was extremely helpful over the phone and in person!! I needed help with my monstera plant and she so kindly provided guidance & insight on what was needed. She was efficient & confident in every way! My husband and I were very, very pleased with our service today from her as well as the assistance from other employee at the counter. We'll definitely ask for her help when shopping at Calloways in the future.

Wow wow wow!!!! LOVED all the help I got from a girl there, she has long straight brown hair and she said her name was “Ray-Lee” not sure how to spell it. She said she used to work at the prosper location. Im so happy she helped me out last Monday, I have a black thumb and she recommended ways to revive my houseplants and showed me other houseplants that were low maintenance without judgement. She even offered to repot my struggling plants for me the next time I come in. I definitely feel more confident about my plants after talking with her. Every time I had a question she’d be just so kind and helpful. She made my day, will definitely recommend coming here to all my friends and family.

Outstanding service delivered by all associates at Denton Calloways. I recently purchased 5 new 12” pots and wanted to plant pansies in them. For a nominal labor fee, plus the cost of materials used, fabulous Rhealee planted them for me. I just picked up my 5 ready-to-go gorgeous pansy pots. Easy. Fast. Plus, this location has an excellent selection, with new inventory arriving twice weekly. I also got garden soil and additional pansy flats to plant myself. Another nice associate even loaded my car for me. Really a great place to shop for all your planting needs. Thanks, Denton Calloways!

We had a problem with our Texas ash tree dying limb by limb. Assistant Manager Rhealee has a degree and is very knowledgeable. She was a big help and I feel hopeful we can save the 20 year old tree.
