Took my discontinued lower control arms to them to replace bushings and ball joints. Cameron was the counter person who took care of my process from start to finish. It was tough acquiring some of the parts to replace, but with Cameron’s knowledge and resources it was achieved. I had the opportunity to meet the Tech, Terry, he seemed very knowledgeable and experienced and his work reflected it. The cost was reasonable, when 3 previous shops didn’t want to take on the job. The turnover is irrelevant in this case because I wasn’t in a rush, and I needed help acquiring some discontinued parts, though it was 1 week. Thank y’all for your service. 🤙🏽

We couldn’t recreate the problem my car was having to fix the issue, however, I tried taking my car to 3 places before this one and they didn't even want to look at it. Lorentz got me in quickly and really put in a good effort to make it happen again. The issue has been happening for a while (AC issue) but every time I get to a shop it’s no longer happening. They didn’t try to do more than necessary and didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need which other shops have done for the same issue. I’ve also had friends take their vehicles here and Lorentz really puts in the effort to find the problem. I will continue bringing my vehicles here!

My car and I were very well taken care at Lorentz. Hopefully, I don't have any other issues with my car but if I do, I will definitely be taking my car to Lorentz Automotive in Denton. The staff was amazing and my car drives great now.

I dropped off my mini van for an oil change. They were able to see me that day. I was behind on my 100,000 miles fluid flushes and they were able to take care of everything before I got off of work. They checked everything and made sure it was in good shape and safe to drive. Cameron was very helpful and explained everything well.
