We purchased a new build and Heather was extremely helpful. She was always available and took time to explain the process and options to us. Our community requires a PID for the water supply and Heather made sure that we understood how it impacted our financing and home purchase. We were really fortunate, because I found out later that several buyers not using realtors or using other realtors weren’t able to close with the PID. She made our first time home buying easy and comfortable, I really recommend her and this agency.
