Fords Designing Diva

I live in another state and sent flowers to a relative in the hospital . Denise went over and above with the selection of flowers she delivered. She was a third party florist for an online order but I will go directly to Fords Designing Diva for my next order. Beautiful!

Received a lovely bouquet on Monday and it is just as gorgeous today (Friday). Wonderful combination of roses , lilies, gerbera daisies, and more. Would definitely recommend.

Fords Designs is AMAZING! Her arrangements are always beautiful! She generously supports the community as well. If you need a beautiful arrangement for any occasion, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered flowers from BloomsToday. They send the order to a local florist. The arrangement was not anything like I ordered. They brought another arrangement yesterday. It too was wrong. The lady who delivered (the owner I believe) assured me that they would get all the components to make it correct. I received the third arrangement today and it too was incorrect. It was closer but still not correct. I ordered the flowers for myself so I know what they should look like. So in general when you send flowers to someone, they don’t know what they should look like so more than likely the recipient doesn’t get what you ordered. Personally, I couldn’t deliver an arrangement that isn’t correct. It’s sad when people don’t take pride in their work.

This is my response to the owner: all I heard were excuses why you couldn’t make what I ordered. I guess I’m not satisfied because I didn’t get the arrangement I ordered. What’s the point to order something you really like and don’t get it. I paid a lot to get an arrangement that I didn’t get. Yes, the arrangement you sent is pretty. I wouldn’t have paid that much for it. I could have gotten these flowers at Sam’s or Walmart or Kroger and arranged them in a vase. The flowers I ordered were unique. Had a totally different shape, a red cube vase and eucalyptus. Did I get those? Then you give me attitude because you had to order something special for me. I think that’s called doing your job. Bloomstoday told me you were to call them if you can’t make an arrangement. Never once did I get an apology, only excuses. Maybe you should think about getting a job that doesn’t include customer service.

I received 18 long stem Rose's from my fiance on 2/13. They were sent to my job. Clearly they were the wrong color (they were supposed to be PINK), three of them had the buds partially cut off and they started wilting today 2/14. What was supposed to be a happy moment turned bad due to poor service. VERY UPSETTING!!!!

I’ve received flowers from this company twice. Both times the orders were terrible. I don’t know what the flowers looked like that I received a year ago because I found them in the gully and they never brought the replacement. Last week I got a LOT of fern with brown bumps on the leaves and a handful of flowers that looked like they came from Walmart. My brother-in-law was told I would receive a replacement sympathy bouquet but it has never arrived. Lots of great florist in Denton, this isn’t one!

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered an arrangement through 1800FLOWERS for Valentine’s Day for my wife. The V day delivery was not even close in flower content ,count or design to what I ordered. The redelivery after my complaint was even worse. They are either inept or uncaring about the customer - or both.
Do not waste your time on this florist or 1800FLOWERS

Husband ordered a bouquet for my birthday from a LOCAL PONDER FLORISTS and they were beautiful.....got up the next morning and they look like there 5 days old....sent an email about my disappointment and have not received a response.....I always try to buy from and support local small town businesses but when it comes to flowers ..... not from them ever again......

Practically a scam 100$ worth of dead flowers along side what look like flowers plucked from the road side but I’m sure they knew that considering how fast they drove up our drive way left the flowers outside without knocking and ran back to her car

Didn't get everything i was supposed to have. & when i did get flowers they came 2 days late.
