Shopping at La-Z-Boy Furniture was simply enjoyable and very relaxed. The sales associates were very pleasant and courteous in how they presented product information and in their willingness to answer our many questions. The many styles and colors of recliner chairs and their exceptional quality was reassuring to us that a buying decision would be positively validated through many years of care free usage and resounding good looks. These world-famous branded reclining chairs are still proudly manufactured in the United States, incorporating high-quality components of leathers, fabrics foam, and metal mechanisms that are fully warranted against fault and failure. For me, this is superior quality. The sales floor is easy to navigate without unnecessary merchandise clutter with comfortable lighting to enhance the colors and design of the many types of furniture that are displayed. I should note that Shelly was our sales hostess, and her product knowledge has developed for over twenty years as a La-Z-Boy company sales professional. And, if you get a chance to visit the store, say hi to the manager, for he is a cool dude also.

Went and got a chair for my elderly grandma and an elderly lady/worker helped us. My grandma absolutely loved her, she knew exactly what my grandma needed and didn't run to the most expensive chair. Thank you to that woman!

Worth the drive to come to this store! Manager Allen and sales rep Paula were professional and super helpful. We had a terrible customer service experience at the store close to our house and decided to give this store a try. They did not disappoint. We paid more for delivery by coming here, but the difference in service made it worth every penny. Looking forward to our new furniture in a few days!

Good sales staff. John was very competent. We had purchased a Lazy Boy recliner some 15 years ago and it still works great. Now we need to replace a couch so we know the product will last. We found one that was very comfortable and looks great in the store. Can't wait for it to be constructed and delivered.

We had a good experience with our purchase. Our sales guy was super knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. The quality of the furniture is the best. They were very patient and went out of their extra way which speaks volumes to us. Furniture is an investment and our purchase was one we are glad to have made.

Mike was our salesman, he was great! He spent lots of time with us measuring and designing a custom couch that would perfectly fit our room. He also helped us find a nice accent chair that would match. La-Z-Boy has earned my business for the 3rd time, they’re definitely a worthwhile purchased!

Have a great new recliner from La-Z-Boy. Went looking since I recently had back surgery and needed a comfortable chair with good back support that I can rest and even sleep in during my long recovery. Everyone was helpful at La-Z-Boy in making sure we got someone to help us even though they were pretty busy. Pete my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me the difference in chair sizes and options and found one I liked that would fit my size and needs comfortably. He suggested a power chair since I can’t turn or bend my back to operate a manual lever to raise and lower the chair. Pete was great to talk to and I feel I got good advice in choosing a recliner that is right for me and meets all my needs. I’m confident that I’ve made a great purchase and will have my recliner for years.

Bought 2 Recliners from them recently to replace the 2 we currently own that are almost 20 years old. They still work great & show little wear after all these years! We are redecorating and wanted fresh & new chairs.

Enjoyed the shopping experience at the Grapevine store. Sales people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is neat, organized and clean. While the paperwork was being completed, I walked around the store & was impressed by their displays, decorating, home accent pieces, and furniture. They have so much more than “just” recliners! Go take a look at all they have to offer!

We came in casually looking for a recliner for my husband’s home office and had a very pleasant experience thanks to John LaRose! He was not pushy and we didn’t feel pressured at all. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered our questions thoughtfully. We ordered a recliner and a couch!

Because of a serious health issue, I was unable to sleep in a bed and an automatic recliner was my only option. The sales manager couldn't have been nicer and more helpful to deal with. It took two tries to get just the right model to accommodate my needs, but I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!

I desperately needed something with lumbar and head support and even thought about a lift chair and decided to go to La-Z-Boy Grapevine. There I met salesperson Pete D. I explained have severe lower back and spine issues and with Pete helping me, I was able to find the perfect sofa and a Power Recliner with lumbar and back support. He also found the perfect sofa fabric as they have so many choices, I needed his expertise in finding the perfect fabric. He made my purchase and delivery so easy. This is going to make my life so much less painful in getting rest while on this furniture. Thanks for great customer service and happy with my selections.

Arlene was a super sales associate! She went out of her way to show and explain to us all the options and colors in the recliner we was looking for. It was a pleasure just talking to her! The manager also made our shopping experience rewarding! La-Z-Boy has good quality recliners. We added another one to the current one that we have had for 20 years.

Our sales person, Shirley, was great! There are many different styles of recliners and she could point us quickly to what we were interested in and what fit us best. Then, with her help we found a custom fabric that will really look nice in our den.

I have never had a bad experience at La-Z-Boy. They have great quality furniture and their costumer service is always top notch. When I was shopping for a sofa they cared more about me finding exactly what I wanted/needed than pushing my to buy a sofa from them. Many furniture salesman simply push you to buy from them without really taking into consideration your needs and wants, but that is not the case at La-Z-Boy. Always a great shopping experience!

LaZBoy, Grapevine, TX was a great experience! My salesman was Danny, he was very patient and offered many options, material and color choices. He qualified my needs and I told him how important it was to me to purchase a taller couch, as well as, one that is comfortable to lay on and watch TV. He gets my “kudos” for a great experience. He won the sale by letting me know availability in the warehouse and furniture lead/build times. Thank you Danny.

Salesman was very caring of our situation and worked hard to find an option that would work for us. My mother, who has Alzheimer’s, sleeps in her recliner as she is unable to sleep in a bed due to some back issues. When her 15+ year old La-Z-Boy recliner broke late in the evening, we rushed to buy a new one. With the Alzheimer’s, new concepts are virtually impossible to learn, so he found us a chair that had a remote like her old one (few more buttons this time), and worked to find a good option that was available for us to pick up the next morning since delivery would be over a week away. Even though what was in stock would not have been our first choice as far as color, it is a lifesaver to get her settled into a new recliner that I know should last the rest of her life! Thank you for the hard work.
