Gavin at the Grapevine Ashley furniture store was very thorough and made the pricing and delivery scheduling simple, direct and transparent. He offered us several ways to finance the purchase and, when we needed to take a breath to decide between Ashley’s sofa and the one at another store, he was very professional and understanding. He made me want to come back and shop with him for future purchases too.

Anthony is such a sweet patient and friendly person.. i purchased a couch, bed set, and a tempur pedic mattress. not only was he negotiable with the price on all furnitures i wanted, he was also very detailed with dimensions and explaining the best options possible. I highly recommend to look for him when purchasing! He will gjve you a great deal thats unbreakable and quality service! I love my furnitures, it went so well!!!!

Anthony was great to work with, let no detail unsaid or question unanswered. We had both a same day delivery of floor model furniture (great condition) and delivered from warehouse. The same day (Darren) was also awesome and carefully done. Highly recommend!

Savannah at the Grapevine location is an amazing Sales Associate. She was very knowledgeable about the products I asked about and was very patient with me whenever I was indecisive about my options. Thank you for being so kind and understanding all at the same time.

Ben Jones was very helpful and informative about the different items that I was looking for.
They match the prices to the online one, so you don't need to worry about paying extra.
The delivery was fast, but it could be better. The delivery crew misassembled a part of the bed frame that I ordered, so I had to remove the mattress and fix it myself.
Overall my experience was positive.

I have been to numerous furniture stores in my lifetime. Ashley and Levitz always meet my needs. Most places don’t scotch guard your furniture anymore. They sell you the kit and you have to apply it yourself. I have lung issues and can’t do that. Yes you have to pay for it but, at least Ashley will do it. Big selling point for me. Thanks

I just moved across the country to an empty apartment, Anthony helped us to furnish our entire apartment when wayfair failed to deliver quality items and service. we walked the entire store and discussed design ideas from barstools to bedroom and living room sets. The first delivery experience was smooth the guys were courteous and set up was easy. I initially went back to the store to buy a few more pieces i couldn’t stay away. 10/10 experience. Anthony is your guy.
