My first time being here, and eating their food. I must say I'm very very impressed. First off! To start with I ordered the full order beef nachos, then I ordered the Large Chicken fried steak platter. Well let's just say I found out as soon as the Nachos came up, I was going to take the chicken platter to go.. my lord these nachos are huge and very well prepared. The Manger was very nice she told me when I was ready to let them know and they would drop the chicken fired streak down.

We really enjoyed our burgers and they huge basket of onion rings. Only thing that was a bit on the downside was the mens room which really needed a good cleaning and a fix for a leak below the sink.

To the negative review that’s below me..
Do not slander someone’s name by saying untrue things. As someone that used to be employed by the current GM, and worked with the other managers I can guarantee you, that no one that works in that store in management is that heartless. I can tell by your reviews that you literally get on google and review places to just give negative feedback. I worked for Novroskys and that GM for years and I know the type of person she is.

Ya'll the BIG Chicken Fried Steaks Are Back!!! My family had stopped going to Novrozsky's about a yr or so ago because the portions had gotten drastically smaller on the CFS and the Chicken Strips and it wasn't worth the money for the amt of food you got. Well I'm happy to report back that I decided to give them another try today and was Blown Away by the size of the CFS I was given, it barely fit in the to go box. And it tasted even better than it looked. I called my meal in when I got off of work and by the time I made it there (about 15-20 mins) it was hot and ready. Even the fries were better than I remembered. The only complaint I half way even have is the gravey is a tab bit watery to me. But other than that I give it a 9 out of 10.

Food was perfect temperature and delicious. We were welcomed upon arrival and inside was very clean.

We had called ahead for our large group. We all sat in the sunroom area. It was nice out. There was pollen on the tables, but that's expected when outdoors at this time of year. They did clean the tables we sat at. The food was great. I ordered something that wasn't on the menu, but they knew what it was and made it for me. I was so happy. We had two other people order something that wasn't on the menu, but they made it for them as well. We will be back the next time we visit Silsbee, TX.

We came here for a late lunch with a small group.
This time, I tried the Philly cheese steal sandwich. SO GOOD. And it is on the menu. This may be my favorite place to eat in this area.

Not a bad place to eat. My hunny loves to order the big potato loaded. That's to much starch for me although I have tasted it off his plate. It is delicious. The place is always clean and has friendly staff.

The only thing that made me a little concerned is the peanut butter that they use on a certain burger (so many people are allergic) and it was right by where they were making allot of dishes and burgers. Not sure if it gets on the grill.

I had the taco salad and it was really good.

Food and staff is wonderful. Even though they can be really busy at lunch, they work fast and turn out quality food. Hamburgers, Wraps..especially the fried shrimp wrap are 2 of our lunch favorites. Their various baked potatoes are Hugh and full of great flavor (big as a shoe) and Chicken Strips are homemade and so full of flavor. My husband's favorite is their great Chicken Fried Steak plate. Great place to meet up with others, to feed kids at, and for all ages really. Great for to go also.

Y’all came through for us in a pinch today. Called at 7:30 AM to order food for a meeting today to be picked up around 11:15. Talked with Melody and she was like “no problem we can do it”. Had to call back at 9ish AM to add a couple more things. I talked to Amber this time and still “no problem”. These two ladies are very professional and great to work with. The food was spot on and everyone bragged about how good it was! Thank You! Happy Customer

The guy behind the counter with the cross ear rings. I'm not sure what you're paying him but it should be double. He was amazing with us. Patient and understanding. Our daughter with autism was just being her and he was cool as a fan about it. He was light hearted, funny and was having fun. What alot of people are missing in the world today.

He chased us down when my pocket knife fell out of my pocket at the table, very honest guy. It was a very very expensive pocket knife. He made sure I got it back. Dude was amazing.

Now on the other hand of the restaurant it self. Being out on the patio we didn't hear our order when they called it out. We weren't the only ones. Putting in a PA system would stream line that whole process.

We love the food here. Even if the place is crowded food orders come out fairly quick. There is an outside sitting area that is covered where you can smoke if you want. The restrooms could use some work, but are not nasty just needs updates. Overall is a great place for large group meetings or small dinners.

The guy taking orders was very helpful when what I originally wanted would have a longer wait and even though the restaurant was pretty crowded we got our food pretty quickly and it was all well prepared. Good experience overall

I waited for my food for over an hour tonight. But all the employees were apologetic and polite and swamped!! I couldn't have ask for better service tonight. Y'all have a good crew and the food was amazing as usual lol. Also the wait isn't usually that long at all so it was a freak thing. Keep up the good work and customer service guys. Thank you!! ☺
