Absolutely perfect place to buy a new vehicle. I was working with 10 different dealerships in west La and east Tx. Silsbee Ford had by far more trucks to offer and by far the best deal with discounts other dealerships weren’t telling me about. Once I found what I wanted the deal was made online and I drove 2-1/2 hours to sign the paperwork. Went over all the bells and whistles with it and drove home. Was I believe less than 1 hour in the dealership. Next vehicle I buy Silsbee Ford will be the first I go to. Wished I would have went to them first but I was trying to give semi-local dealerships first try. I love my new 2022 solid black Ford F-150 Lariat Sport.

Fast friendly service with a smile, at least as far as the young receptionist lady on the service side of the place goes. She greeted me, and smiled, and even though she was obviously busy being beautiful (and she is ;) she was professional and courteous. Thank u for making my day a good one.

This is a NO pressure dealership. They differ from their competitors in they want to earn your trust and future business. Their desire to build a relationship is supported because they followed up after the sale by inquiring about my being satisfied with my purchase. They also offered their assistance should I have any questions or concerns in the future.

The customer service was excellent. Robert in sales made the process easy, and Timmy in the finance group did the same. The whole team was very helpful. It was also a great selection of vehicles for a smaller town dealer. Worth the trip from Houston.
