Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Not sure if my review was not posted, but I have a great experience every time I go to Red Robin.

I had the Banzai Burger, and this time it tasted even better, mine was on-spot, and it had a special teriyaki flavor which, combined with the grilled pineapple and bacon, made a delicious flavor.

Service was good, very attentive Server who passed by several times being watchful of our needs and wants.

This was our first time at Red Robin’s and we absolutely loved it! Our waitress was amazing. She recommended us items was extremely friendly, fast, efficient and great with our kiddos. Would come back just because of her customer service in itself. The food was mouthwatering good from the appetizers to the entrees to the delicious alcoholic beverages. We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends and family.

Reviewing as an allergy family who has to avoid gluten and soy and dairy. Praise to Red Robin for the ease of ingredient review on their website, for having a dedicated gluten free fryer for their fries, and gluten free buns available. Our server was unbothered and helpful by all our requests. We were glad for such a good experience during our visit with 2 large families celebrating a birthday. Now if onlllyy they had a dairy free dessert option!

Exactly as you expect. This Red Robin is clean and comfortable. The food is good, and they have the service super dialed in. We order our drinks from our server and they are delivered by someone else almost immediately, every time. I love the Avo-Cobb-o salad, despite the stupid name, and we go several times a month because it is consistent in quality and service.

Amazing Cheeseburger, cooked to perfection. LIZA our waitress waitresses very attractive to what we needed, before we knew that we needed more fries. The sweet potatoes fries were delicious. A bit noisy with lots families, but after they, the noise lowered a bit.

This place is one of our go-to places and we are never disappointed. I usually get a burger, but yesterday tried the fish sandwich for the first time. EXCELLENT!
Our server, Jayden "J" gave us world class service all while attending to many other tables. Great job!!

They have a decent birthday deal: a free burger when you buy something else for $4.99. I personally had the avocado cobb salad, which filling and has low calories.

Red Robin has really good food and drinks. The servers are friendly and quick. The menu has something for everyone. Favorites? The Bonzai Burger served on a lettuce wrap (have them put it on a regular plate and get lots of napkins), chili, and any salad with honey mustard dressing, and who can say "no" to bottomless fries?!?

Good experience but could be better. Service always suffer when restaurants are understaffed in between lunch and dinner. Service was ok - food was stellar though.

The kiosk should have a child lock as our daughter easily was able to get our ticket charged. Kid drinks that cost more than what is included should be declared when ordering as well.

Been coming here for while but today was exceptionally good . Have daughter with gluten allergies and the first server , receptionist named Liza greeted us and very helpful with the ordering gluten free food , very courteous and friendly . Very happy and satisfied with the service and will definitely come back

Mike was our waiter and he was great. I didn't have to ask for anything.

He brought me fries even before we ordered.

Did you know that on some meals the side are bottomless like the fries. My wife got all the broccoli she hold.

Free drink to take with you when you leave.

This was my husband & I first time here. We will certainly return! The staff was nice and friendly, the food and drinks were delicious. Our order was exactly like we ordered and fresh, keep up the great work at this location. YUMM!

Service was a bit slow they had a teenager at the front as Hostess and she really didn't know what she was doing she was trying to seat us before the people that were in front of us I think they were short-staffed it was also quite a bit of noise but the hamburgers cheeseburgers are fantastic french fries got cold pretty fast

My server's name is Hunter.
He is very clear spoken, and makes great eye contact. Within 30 seconds of sitting down, he's already gotten my drink to me, and order taken.
(While waiting) The music is at a good level. It's loud enough that I'm not able to eavesdrop on surrounding conversations, but not so loud I can't hear myself thing. Everything around me seems to be impeccably clean. AWESOME JOB!! and just like that, 7 minutes and it's here and it looks great. Aaaaaand, it was pretty darn good.
Hunter stayed on top of tea top-offs and bringing fresh hot fries. ☆☆☆☆☆.
This has been one of my better burger experiences.

I have to give this review up to our server, Jay! She is super attentive, respectful, and very personable. We felt like we were VIP. She made sure our drinks were always full. And for the cooks today, thank you it was well cooked and delicious! 😋

This recent visit to Red Robin was really really really really good. I typically come here for my free birthday burgers. Today’s visit was an impromptu visit to fulfill a necessary burger craving. My server, Angie, was beyond amazing. She was super sweet and amazingly attentive. It seemed like her delivery was literally just right - neither overbearing or too slow. Definitely come here to get a great burger within an awesome atmosphere. 😉

Yum is an understatement. Red Robin doesn’t disappoint. The Royal Red Robin is 🔥. It’s very flavorful & juicy. I get mine bun-less and they lettuce wrap is always fresh and crispy.

Erica waited on us and was amazing from the start.. this is our first time at any red ribbon and everything was delicious and not a long wait at all.

Bacon cheeseburger was really good. My husband loved the Royal Red Burger. The bottomless steak fries is my favorite.

Went here for a Veterans Day special and had a great experience! Our waitress Jayden was super attentive and personable. Loved the overall service.
