What an amazing experience!!! This was my first visit and I was a little nervous. From the moment I stepped in the door, the front desk girls welcomed me with a great smile. They were polite and professional. My hygienist met me at the waiting room door. She introduced herself as Victoria. She was a beautiful young lady and was so bright and cheerful. She helped me get situated and explained all that she was going to do. She understood how nervous I was. She was gentle and well aware of my sensitive mouth. She took her time and snapped some x rays and then continued to clean my teeth. I was comfortable and relaxed.
Dr. Armstrong came in and she too was a pleasant lady. She explained the importance of brushing and taking care of your teeth. I recommend Silsbee Family Dentistry because it definitely was a rememorable experience. Thank you all!! One happy patient!

I wasn’t able to use them for insurance purposes but if I could i definitely would, the lady who answered my phone went way above and beyond to help me find a dentist for my son who would accept his insurance. Thank you for being so nice!

Both of these doctors are top notch in their field. I had such a fear of dentist prior to visiting this office they both are knowledgeable and very compassionate and gentle, and do everything they can to help your budget and your problem with your tea. Dr. Reed is, hands down, the very best in the business of dentistry! She made me feel right at home -like family. Her office is cozy and clean. The secretaries and assistants are also some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Yes, I highly recommend Silsbee Family Dentistry.

We had an amazing experience with this office. We had Dr.Armstrong for our first visit. Our second visit with Dr. Reed she removed my 11 year olds tooth. She was very kind and gentle and generous with the medication so he didnt hurt. The nurses are very thorough. We absolutely love this dentist office!

This is the most fun I have had at a dentist in my whole life!{ If you can imagine having fun at a dentist.} Doctor Armstrong was amazing, she fixed my problem when others I went to said it couldn't be fixed. She was amazing! Fixed me up at an affordable price also. This dentist office is the best!

From the cheery and helpful Erin who maintains order to the kind, compassionate dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists, Silsbee Family Dentistry is the best. I have been a patient of Dr. Armstrong for over a decade and followed her from Vinton to Silsbee. I trust her and cannot imagine seeing anyone else.

I also appreciate how on top of dental insurance they are, as not all offices will do that legwork. Thank you, all!

Like many people, I am not a fan of the dentist. I had a wonderful experience here and no issues at all. I was met by a very friendly receptionist and an excellent dentist whose primary concern was my well-being while making sure I was comfortable. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Just ask...I missed my regular scheduled appointment due to an on going out of state Family Matter. Gave the office a call to see when they would be able to squeeze me in...I flew in on Tuesday, called on Wednesday invited me just like Family (give me an appointment) Thursday 8am...I showed up on time. They were ready for me with a Sincere Cheerful Good Morning, Outstanding Attitudes, Squinted eyes (means Smiling faces) Due to covered nose and mouth with face masks 😷 Tells me they care about me and my family and I was masked as well...Finished a little over an hour tops!
If Silsbee Family Dentistry is not your Home Dentist, you might want to come find out why everyone's talking about it! It's know secret. If you're not here, then You're at the Wrong Place!!!!

Everyone here is so friendly and caring. Me and my wife love everyone here. They want to make sure you are taken care of and care about doing what is right for you. We can't brag on them enough!!!

I've been going to this Dentist since before I can remember. They have always been wonderful, kind, and sweet with myself and my parents. After living overseas for a few years, I returned to this office in need of some work done. They've been nothing but courteous and flexible with their schedule and mine. It's such a personal and professional office filled with truly caring employees. I am honored and consider myself very lucky to be a long-term patient there. If I ever move away again, my teeth might fall out, because I don't trust anyone else near my mouth.

They were very nice and so good with my 4 year old. She loved them!

I called 6 dentist to get some help for my 5 year old who was in pain and none were able to help or even seem friendly. Then I called this dentist and the lady that answers was so and spent time to answer my questions and and help me with out making me feel like I was bothering her. I am on my way there now.

I’ve had a toothache for several days, Silsbee Dental was able to give me an emergency appointment the same day I called. The staff are very friendly and professional.
