Mason went out of his way to help me get into a rental car after my car broke down. Warranty repair took several days due to a part being on back order but he kept me informed throughout the entire process. Courteous and professional, Mason and the Team here have earned Silsbee Toyota Service Dept a great reputation!

The service department here does good work. I bring two Toyotas here regularly. If you're looking for an amazing service advisor, Mason is there to take care of you. Five stars for him every time. Appointments can sometimes run long, so I'm always sure to bring a book or some work with me. (They have free wifi that works.) Today's service took a lot less time than I figured, though, so you never know. My one complaint is that they do charge extra if you pay with a credit card. I can understand Mom & Pop shops doing that, but for a car place, where certain repairs can naturally be pretty expensive, it only makes sense to allow credit card purchases with no additional fee. That's the main thing I'd change. But again, the work is done well. I've never had to bring in a vehicle because the problem was misdiagnosed or not fixed correctly the first time.

Guys have their stuff together. Came into get second key for my new 4Runner. Rolled in for my appointment on time and left 15 minutes before estimated time of completion. Everything went smooth and was back to work on time.

Jessica and her entire staff took care of my car as quickly as possible. I was aware of what was happening at all time. they did an amazing job!

Mason might just be the best thing that's ever happened to me. He stayed late to deal with my demanding schedule, I was greeted with a very cheerful attitude. I'm not sure anyone in setx has a service advisor as great as he is. Amanda also helped make room for me without an appointment on the fly! Cant say enough good things about Silsbee Toyotas team! Top notch! Oh and the service manager also messaged me from Germany to ensure i got taken care of!

All the employees are very nice. Tracy Poland sold us a great car and did her best to find a car we could afford. If we had a question she answered it and if she couldn't she'd find the answer. Will definitely go back to see my wonderful friend Tracy.

Service department is one of the best. They go above and beyond to help. However the sales department does not meet those standards.
