I love Mason Dental. I cannot give enough compliments for Dr Mason's professionalism and personality. The office staff give the time and attention, that lets me know they care about me, my questions, and any issues. So helpful! My hygienist, Melanie is top notch! She would have to be one of the best in all my years. I am privileged to sit in her chair! Thank ya'll so much!

My whole family goes to Mason Dental and always has such a wonderful experience. Many of us have anxiety about dental work from previous experiences and everyone at Mason Dental has changed that for us. All of the sweet and professional hygienists are caring and gentle. The dental assistants are all so kind and compassionate. Between the 8 of us in my family, we have seen all of the caring doctors here and they all really take the time to listen. We’ve had fillings, same day crowns, wisdom teeth extractions, implants and more. The office is always so clean and comfortable.

Best dentist I’ve had. Exceptionally thorough care. Never keep you waiting. They keep you with the same staff so you always know what to expect. Get you in fast when you have a problem. And the office is comfortable and clean. They are not in network with my insurance but they offer discounts for prepayment of services like crowns and fillings. I don’t plan on leaving Mason, and I regularly recommend them to others.

The entire staff was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The office itself is modern, clean, and equipped with the latest technology. My dentist was attentive, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. The level of care I received exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling confident in my dental health. After moving to Grapevine after college I was nervous to find a new dentist. After searching around town I came across Mason Family Dental. I’ve now been a patient with them for 4 years and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Every experience has been a good one and I’ve always walked out a happy patient. Dr. Mason is an Aggie and being an Aggie graduate myself it was comforting to find an Aggie dentist. Every dentist is fabulous though, I’ve had great interactions with all of them. If you’re looking for a new dentist this is the place to go!

Everyone here is consistently kind, professional, and thorough. I was so well taken care of through all phases (checking in, getting x rays, cleaning, procedures, payment etc). I recently just got a filling for a cavity with the laser treatment and it was a great experience. No numbing or sharp needles and it was fast and smooth process. Thank you Dr. Dawood and the entire team! Will definitely be referring Mason Dental to all of my friends and family. 10/10

Dr. Mason and staff are amazing! Their knowledge, skillset, procedural skills, and bedside manner are outstanding! They have the most up to date technology and devices. I have been coming to his office for over 10 years and they constantly exceed my expectations (caveat - I am a M.D., so I have very high expectations when it comes to my dentists and doctors.)

I emphatically recommend Dr. Mason to all my family and friends. He takes care of my entire family’s dental health, including my children. He keeps up with the latest dental technologies and evidence based medicine. He has the utmost integrity, recommending only what is necessary, and charges fair prices. In addition to our dental cleanings every 6 months, he has done dental fillings and crowns and made our retainers in office. He has the technology to do same-day crowns, which is great as not all dentists offer this . He has associates in his office who did a great job removing my daughter’s wisdom teeth. He and his staff exude a very calm, patient demeanor, and do a great job eliminating any pain and anxiety associated with dental visits. In fact, I actually enjoy coming to the dentist!

In summary, Dr. Mason and staff are outstanding and exceed my expectations. I am certain they will exceed yours.

Dr. Mason is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and gifted at what he does. Shandra was such a blessing during my appointment and made me feel comfortable and at ease even when I was a little nervous.

Dr. Mason and staff go above and beyond to make sure every box is checked for your dental care. I have never been to a more thorough dentist and I have lived in many different states. I have been a patient of Dr Mason for 30 years. Dr Mason and his whole team provide fantastic service and are caring and compassionate. They have a brand new facility with the latest technology. I once had a crown come off on a Saturday and was traveling on Monday, and Dr Mason came in that afternoon (no scheduled hours) to fix my tooth. Highly recommend.
