Started off with some miscommunication with the employees when I dropped off my vehicle and the manager got in touch with and cleared everything up. Manger is very nice, friendly, and helpful. He personally made sure I was satisfied with my experience and I will definitely return in the future.

Valet service at home was amazing performance was great took care of recall work quickly. Now just wait 5 business days to have a part that was not in stock from this experience I precieve it to be just as convenient, thorough and quick. Thanks guys.

Diagnosed, parts ordered and installed. Great service. Having more work done, different issue, next week. Dealership where I bought kept telling me I didn’t want to pay for that work. My service advisor here set me up a time to get it done. Silsbee Ford will most likely be my new/ only dealership.

Over all great my appointment was 7:30 am when they opened took 45 minutes to have in & out

I booked a 10am appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted, and then escorted to the very comfortable waiting area. Less than an hour later, they finished with my truck and I was given a receipt. They handed my keys to me and I drove away. Very friendly and fast service.

Silsbee Ford has the best service department hands down they are kind professional, courteous, and quick and efficient in their work. I would recommend them hands-down any day of the week for your needs of your vehicle. They replaced my transmission in record time. They told me it would probably be three months for delivery but by Gods grace it came In early and they quickly replaced the old transmission with the new and it was done within a month the only time I had to wait was for delivery. I am very happy and they’ve done a great job, thank you Silsbee Ford if you ever find yourself in a need for sales person, Lee Mack is the man to see y'all have a blessed day
