I'm sorry to say but I am a patient that doesn't have insurance but Dr Singh and his facility has done everything they can for me and I appreciate everything they've done and I'm sorry to see people saying things about them like they have but I wanted to give my comment at least that I trust him with everything thank you

The facility and the doctors look, appear, and act professionally. But I can confirm getting through on the phone is nearly impossible and that there are significant delays from the time you leave their office to the time when prescriptions are called in.

My time, much like your time is important. Leaving customers waiting at a pharmacy for a prescription to be called in while simultaneously being unable to get through on the phone makes for a poor evening.

Provided they correct these two rather important issues I would improve my rating provided subsequent visits were made to their office.

Had an appointment at 9:00 am and have been here since 8:43 got called back at 9:45. A guy that had an appointment at 9:30 got called back not 3 minutes after his arrival. Friendly staff just wait times are weird.
