We had a great experience with Jacob picking out our new Sorento. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and understood what we wanted. The finance gentleman was also fantastic and didn't push when we declined most of the "extras" on the package. We felt very welcome when e purchased, a few days after when they called, and even weeks later when we stopped back by to pick up the second key. Fantastic dealership experience and sales team!

Great experience here and a Very nice building. Stopped by to look at a vehicle, Jovy assisted me, was very helpful and friendly. Got all of the details worked out, test drive was fun, but unfortunately market for buying a car is kind of outrageous. The car I liked the manager did not want to lower the price on, even tho there were others available with far less miles, no interior "Yoke" steering wheel damage, no Crack on the windshield, no curb rash on wheels and with $5000 autonomous driving option. Not sure why, since car was sort of in a rough shape, but oh well. Got a really low offer on both of my trade in options and again, oh well. Nobody forced me to buy anything and at the end of the day it's all about the experience, and this stop was a 5 star and interaction with Jovy was a huge part of that!

One of the better KIA dealers in town, and they truly have the largest inventory. Laura and V were super nice and helpful, they offer premium service for your buying experience. I do appreciate that Parkway doesn't let their distance from the city hinder them, but rather use that as an opportunity to elevate your experience by offering services such as vehicle pickup/loaner, etc.

Transaction was smooth and easy, didn't have to wait as long as I have in other dealers in town.

My experience in the end was good because we got our family vehicle that fit us according to our expectations. The sales staff (Julio) took care of us very well and always tried to help us. Only at the beginning, in the finance part, they confused us and I think they were not totally honest with us at first, I felt disappointed since my family was very excited about the new family car because apparently on the first day it was going to be delivered to us, it did not happen due to the documentation issue already being covered. This and in the end after two weeks that always not for financing reasons was when another financing person (Jenifer Lopez) came into the deal and always very kind but above all very honest with us, she helped us make it happen, in the end we are very happy and happy with our family car, I really recommend leaving the traditional brands, these cars are incredible (Kia cars) I make a special mention for the dealership "kia parkway kingwood tx." It has very good, clean and pleasant facilities as well as its staff who are always attentive and respectful and very good advice regarding the vehicles they sell. I highly recommend it and thank you to the agency and the staff for doing everything possible to make it happen. the deal.

Had a great experience at Parkway Family Kia purchasing a 2024 Kia Sportage. My sales guy Jerome was fabulous and worked hard for me as the buyer. He did whatever he could to make this a great buying experience. Fabian as the technology expert was also great and made everything easy to understand. Both of them have said we could call or text them anytime with questions even after the sale. The facility was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend “V” as a sales rep! I could not see the quality of paint on a shed car from pictures so she washed the van and sent pictures and video to me. Since I was coming from. Almost two hours away, that really made the difference in my peace level about the purchase.V was responsive and answered all of my questions and was patient with me. When I arrived the paperwork was prepared and the van paint looked better than any of the picture. I am happy with my van and happy with the service. Thank you V and team!

Wow! What a great experience!

We have a specific vehicle in mind. After arguing with 2 other dealerships, we saw (kind of) what we wanted at Parkway. Although it had a sunroof and Home link, it was quite tempting--but not what we *really* want.

Benji & Leo listened (and HEARD) what we wanted. It turns out, they'll have to order it. We didn't have a problem with that. They'll be able to put it into their next batch and we're willing to wait because of the amazing feeling we got here.

Danny explained everything to us, and reiterated there would be quite a delay. After we explained why we are willing to wait, there was no high-pressure nonsense. We don't even have the car yet, and I'll be recommending Parkway to anyone willing to listen to me!
