John and his people helped me fight my insurance company for almost a year until we finally won. Great company and lots of great workers. Once the job started, it went fast and was completed in one day. Replacing the solar panels was a bigger headache but were replaced over a period of several much too hot days, Thanks to Trent and his coworker.

The Owner John Collins Defrauds his subcontractors, homeowners, and people foolish enough to trust his word. My company was contracted to handle his insurance supplements; after 3 months of working for him and 3 weeks of broken promises and screening calls, I called from an unknown number. After requesting payment, his exact reply was "Here's the cool thing, I don't need you, you need my money so BYE" and hung up the phone.
We'll be contacting the insurance carriers and assisting them in investigations of his roofing activities, reporting him to the Texas Department of Insurance, Better Business Bureau, and do some digging on his local involvement with the chamber of commerce, license and permits. I will remove this post when he pays his past due invoices, not before.
