We are exceedingly happy with the service, quality and outcome of our roof replacement by KLM Roofing. Todd's service from the first call, working with insurance, the day of the work, hiring the gutter contractor and follow-up made this the lowest stress and most efficient home maintenance I remember. We highly recommend.

We noticed a lot of our neighbors had signs up for KLM roofing so I initially called out of convenience. I’m glad we called them. We had our roof and gutters replaced after the big hail storm. We also had siding replaced and insurance only covered the painting of the replacement. Todd worked with us and got us a reasonable quote on having the whole outside painted so it would match. The quality of the work is top notch and we couldn’t be happier. Todd was great to work with and was patient when explaining the insurance documents, which were confusing at times on what was covered and what wasn’t. I would recommend and use KLM again.

KLM Roofing did an awesome job on my roof replacement. Todd went above and beyond helping me deal with the 'non-responsive' insurance company. It took 3 months to get approval and Todd never gave up, giving me advice along the way, putting a tarp on my roof for protection from storms, and helping to make sure the necessary repairs would be taken care of. When approval came through, KLM was there the next day ready to start. The roofing team was quick and efficient, completing the job in one day and did a great job of cleaning up after the installation. I would highly recommend KLM Roofing.

I had hail damage to the roof of our house in late April. I talked to several roofing companies, because our roof was not just a simple roof replacement job, we have solar panels installed on our roof too, so panels needed to be removed prior to roof work could start.We decided to go with KLM Roofing for their professionalism and customer service. Jose was my point of contact, he answered all my questions promptly and introduced me to Solar World LLC to manage solar panel removal and reinstall. Jose managed the whole project from start to finish very professionally, he is an excellent project manager. Everyone in the KLM team was very meticulous and detailed about the quality of the work. I feel that we definitely chose the right company. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the attention to details. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

After having a bad experience with a previous roofer, I was terrified to go through this process again of having yet another new roof put on due to storm damage. KLM came highly recommended by our realtor. From start to finish KLM kept us informed every step of the way. From the painstaking insurance claim to roof install, Jose our foreman was onsite and made sure everything was perfect! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I wanted to find out what kind of shape my roof was in so that I could determine if there was hail damage or at least be prepared for any unexpected expenses. I chose KLM because they had done a fabulous job at my church -- both in replacing the roofs on several building (including the church itself) and in managing repairs to the inside of the church itself. In terms of my house, Jose thoroughly examined the roof and then explained his findings to me, supported by photos he had taken. He said the roof is in good shape, but there were a few things that would help to prolong its life. He listened, responded to my questions, and in no way tried to scare me or push me into making those repairs. I did have KLM do the repairs. Carlos, the gentleman who came to do the repairs was very professional, open to questions, and efficient. I'm very pleased with the result, and certainly pleased with everyone I interacted with at KLM. I highly recommend this company!

KLM performed my roof inspection before I bought my house, and was very detailed on what would need to be fixed. I had them out to repair some shingles, install some flashing, and install some ventilation. They were very quick to respond, the the price was completely reasonable

With the recent rain storms, I noticed my back porch cover had several leaks. After some trial and error with trying to replace some old shingles, it became clear to me that that portion of the roof and chimney flashing just needed to be replaced. They came out within 2 weeks to do the job, and had the best price in town. I have been very happy with their speed, empathy, professionalism, and work.

In the summer of 2019 several of the buildings on our church campus sustained some significant roof damage due to high winds and thunderstorms. KLM worked extremely well with us to facilitate working with our insurance company to effect the necessary repairs. It was a big and complicated project that they handled for us magnificently. We are just finishing an interior restoration of our worship space also done by them. KLM has been excellent throughout this entire process. I have absolutely no reservations commending Mike Klem and the whole KLM team to you. I was so pleased with the experience that my wife and I used them in the replacement of our home roof as well. Nothing but "thumbs up" here!

They worked closely with the insurance adjuster and company, and handled all the paperwork and filings. The entire process of roof replacement was quick, thorough, seamless, and painless. They did excellent work, including yard cleanup from the removal of the old roof. I recommend KLM Roofing very highly!

KLM Roofing treats you like an adult, and I can't emphasize enough how refreshing such an experience is in this kind of business as a homeowner. At no point in my experience with KLM did I feel pushed, pressured, or patronized (the alliteration was not intentional, I swear). Instead, with each interaction, I walked away with all my questions answered, some expert information I hadn't known to consider, and a little smarter about the industry. The installers worked quickly and left hardly a trace, and the roof is beautiful. Bottom line: if you want excellent work at a fair price without the typical greasy salesy b.s., call KLM.

KLM replaced our roof and I was very impressed with the job they did. They walked us through all of the paperwork and helped us work with our insurance company.
