Best car shop I’ve ever been to. Dan went above and beyond and made sure I could drive my car without any troubles even though I came in for a specific problem. Hands down would recommend getting your car checked out here. They’re honest people.

I have been looking for a reliable mechanic who is honest and to the point. Dan "The man" and his crew is it. If 3 words to describe this team; "Reliability," "Prompt," and most important, "Honesty." If you are looking for an honest, extremely trustworthy, and knowledgeable mechanic Frank is your guy. I have been driving for over 30 years and for the first time I don’t feel like I’m being scammed.
This has been my third visit and just like the times before my bill was a lot less then expected. He keeps a great staff as well. Sean is great as well. They are always so friendly and definitely go above and beyond to make sure the job is not just done, but completed greater than my expectation.

Dan and his crew are above and beyond incredible. If you have a Nissan or Infiniti vehicle that needs repairs, this is the ONLY place you should go! Ive had Dan do a few repairs on a couple of my cars (Pathfinder & Q50S) and he has fixed them quickly, correctly, and at a great value! Seriously the best!!

My old Nissan Armada was making a noise underneath the car. Dan got me in, found that it was minor and fixed it. This was my fourth repair over 3 years and all were done professionally and reasonably priced.

My first time going there wasn’t even an hour ago but I had such a good experience here I’ve felt the need to write a review right away. Really polite service from when I first walked in until I was pulling my car off again. Dan seemed super knowledgeable and that he actually cares about his work. Explained the process of what was going on with my g35 and showed me as well so I could see for myself. Overall great experience. I just got here from Florida and have found the mechanic I’ll be going back to. Anyone with a Nissan brand car I’d highly recommend to here.

Edit 12/10/22: two years later and I can’t say enough good things about Dan and Franklin Specialist Nissan. When you have such a great and knowledgeable man like Dan as the head of a mechanic shop, the place is bound to thrive. If you bring your vehicle here you can rest assured no games will be played and you don’t have to wonder if you’re being taken to the cleaners. Great people and the best mechanical minds around.

From the first call to ask questions about my car not starting, to the service I received at the shop - this place has a customer for life from me. Dan and Mark (and the other techs in the shop) were the most professional, understanding, and efficient individuals that I have had the pleasure of visiting for my car to get serviced. 10/10, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

These guys have been awesome to work with. Better customer service and communication than other spots. They were about 30% cheaper for my repairs than the 2 other mechanics, and frankly, they had a better guarantee. I will be a customer for life. Infiniti Fx35

Dan's team is professional. My car was finally repaired here after other shops failed to fix it. I called the roadside assistance when I found my Rogue 2013 could not start. They tried to jump start it but unable to do it. I therefore tolled the car to a franchised repair shop near me. I regretted to waste my time there because they spent 2 days checking my car and simply told me that my car's computer (Body Control Module) had a serious problem which they could not repair. I tolled my car to Franklin and Dan's team found that all the problems were merely resulted from a dead battery. Everything functioned perfectly under a new battery! It turned out that there was nothing to do with the car's computer. All issues were solved in 20 minutes. Wonderful.
I have replaced my Rogue's transmission in Dan's shop and it has been a nice experience. I brought my car to a nearest shop in order to save time but it cost me much more time eventually. I realized that I should bring my Nissan to Dan's team in any case. If you have a Nissan in St. Louis, you must go to Franklin. Although the battery replacement is a comparatively easy issue, it is definitely worth driving a long way to Franklin.

Dan is welcoming and warm. He knows his stuff and cares about you as a customer. He loves teaching so if you ask any questions, he will explain and even show you. I'm so glad he was referred to me.

Today I was stranded on the side of the interstate with a flat tire and unable to get the tire off my car. I was able to see the business phone number on the side of the building from the road. Dan and Mark both came to the aid immediately, made sure to get me a tire that would safely get me the 3 hours home. 100% recommend these guys to anyone in the area!!

When my check engine light came on and my 2014 Murano started running strange, I was worried about the CVT that I'd had issues with a year ago.
Called and spoke with Dan, who took time with me on the phone. After his helpfulness, I took my car to the shop where I was treated with respect and the car's issue was promptly addressed. Turned out that the prior shop failed to fill the transmission fluid up sufficiently. Thankfully it was not a costly and extensive repair! This place is first class, as is Dan the Man!

I had the unfortunate misfortune to run my 2018 Nissan Maxima into a large pothole which end up damaging my bumper and most of the underneath plastic engine guard. With the bumper and splash guards dragging the vehicle was not driveable.
Referred by AAA, I called Dan late, ( he was staying a little late working on another vehicle, but asked me to have my car towed there and he would see what he could do to get me back on the road.
AAA towed my car to Dan's shop, when removing the car from the tow truck, the bumper was damaged even more.
Dan assessed the damage, had me pull my car into the bay, reattached the bumper and the engine splash guards.
Not only did he stop doing what he was doing to help me get back on the road, he gave me sound advice on some of the things I needed done in the near future. He charged me much less than the hour or so he spent getting my vehicle back on the road.
These guys are honest and seem to actually care about the customer, which I've noticed is a lost art these days.
I plan to take my vehicle here for more work if I can find a way to get squeezed in. ( The bad thing about great service is everyone wants it, makes it hard to get in to see Dan sometimes, but I'll keep trying ). Thanks Dan for restoring my faith in good service.
