Courtyard by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine

Good sized room. Standard for newer courtyards. Staff was very friendly. Parking is very tough, there are 3 hotels total in the vicinity that share a parking lot. Also since there was an event in the hotel, the parking was more rough. Great location however, quiet at night. Would stay again.

Adrian the Bartender is the coolest dude and excellent at his job in every aspect! We enjoyed the restaurant, Starbucks coffee, and mainly the fire pit by the pool. We gathered out there endless hours! Then we had a huge company breakfast one day and the next day a Christmas Party with about 200 people on-site and we felt like royalty. Everything was so beautiful in the ballroom. Even though planes fly over, it is quiet inside, so you sleep like a baby! Highly recommend!

So everything was super great, with the exception of two things.
1. The bathroom light ballast was malfunctioning so we didn’t have a decent light fixture n the bathroom other than the shower light. I called the front desk and reported the issue. Within a shorter than anticipated time, maintenance began right away. Unfortunately they were all out of spares and we would have utilize the light as best we could.
I sure hope they picked up more than 1 ballast from the supplier.
2. The tv. There’s something wonky where using the hotel media feature on the massive tv was not only operating the menus and volume, but also simultaneously running the tv functions as well. This made it slightly annoying trying to get to YouTube and Netflix from the beginning.

The room I stayed in was nothing too special, it was clean though! BUT the service was amazing. All the front desk staff were so nice. I never felt like an inconvenience to them and they didn’t make me feel like I was asking dumb questions. The shuttle drivers were also so incredibly nice and when they were available, they willingly took me and my co workers to where we wanted/needed to go. The conversations were fun and they were just all around great. I never had to ask for anything from housekeeping, but I can imagine they are just as nice. Great staff! I would stay again just because of how awesome the staff is🥳

Hotel was nice. Service was great and nice. Very helpful. Location was great, near the Grapevine Mall, but far from other things. Crowded when I went, near Christmas.

Such an amazing Hotel! I use to work for Marriott Vacation Club in Florida and had stayed at many hotels. I came her for our 5-PATHers annual Symposium with Cal and Maureen Banyan, and had such a wonderful fantastic time. Great for conferences, and get-togethers. I stayed in the Presidential suite in the 5th floor and enjoyed it greatly.

Very good and look forward to next year.

We held a family reunion here in early July, 2023. We used their chef and event services for a dinner for 20 people. Emily was a pleasure to work with and the chef did a great job. His beef tenderloin, brussels sprouts, scalloped potatoes, cheesecakes, all of it was really good. We were happy to find an affordable space so close to all the events we took advantage of in Grapevine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and we thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

Nice and quiet. Location ok for early flight. Staff went above and beyond to provide a better room at the first was questionable. I appreciate the fulfilled sleep after my next and before the travel day.

FYI: shuttle to airport only runs once per hour, so I was compelled to get my own ride which I did not plan on, but still know next time.

We have done many weddings here and have stayed at the hotel also. Its great for large events and the rooms are cozy.

Most recently we were here for a New Years Eve Indian wedding. Took a brief nap before the event started and came down when it was showtime.

The staff is nice and easy to work with.

Almost every wedding we have done here is usually multiple days. The corporate events we have done here have also been good.

Close to airport, grapevine mills mall and restaurants. The room was very roomy. I will be staying here again.

This hotel was great! My husband and I were in town for a company holiday party and everything went great! Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, everything you need is there in the lobby, and easy check out. Our room had a mini fridge, microwave, toiletries, coffee machine and necessities, and light blocking shades. Could not have asked for more for a quick weekend stay. Highly recommend!

Close proximity to airport. Grapevine is a cute town with a variety of eating and shopping. The service and staff at the hotel are excellent. Courteous, accommodating, and helpful. The free airport shuttle service is a big bonus. Thanks to the gentleman who shuttled me. It was a pleasure speaking with you.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the real reason you want to stay here over one of the many other hotel choices is Desiree W.,tshe is the front desk supervisor and she is a rock star! After an extremely long and very bad day of travel(over 15 hours) she volunteered to help correct an issue with a third party booking site without even being asked and she had the issue resolved in 5 minutes! Her smile is infectious.
I can't wait to return. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and staff was amazing. The free golf putting area was great for our 4 year old. Rooms were comfortable and could not hear airplanes or trucks. Thank you courtyard we will be back!

Constance and Shannon were very nice and helpful! The location itself was kept up. The rooms were big and i found to be really clean. I would definitely be returning to this location.

Wow the service here! Emily and Desiree were two of the best agents of hospitality I have experienced at ANY hotel ANYWHERE in the world. Worthy of the Ritz Carlton on up.

I had several booking issues: namely there are so many “Courtyard by Marriott’s” nearby one another that I came to the wrong one. Sounds like a dumb mistake but google and you’ll see why.

Anyway, these two kind geniuses solved all the issues so quickly and even let me go to the room prior to the resolution so I could get some sleep, while they continued to work on it in my absence.

Just great human beings. Well done Marriott!

I really enjoyed this hotel. Pretty fancy for any Courtyard that I have visited. Shuttle service. Staff was great. They treated us with tender loving care. Manager was superb and varying caring about his guest. I met the General manager because I wanted to know why this Courtyard was so different from others I had stay. He freely explained to me why. I appreciate how he took the time to do that with little old me.... thank you for great hospitality. You do have an superb team in your hands.

I was there for a conference. Rooms and beds were clean and comfy. Meeting facilities were appropriately arranged, lots of relaxing areas when you can sit comfortable and talk.

Great staff and quick service at the front desk and restaurant.

My bed is so comfortable. The sheets are so nice. I am sleeping better than I do in my own bed. Also this hotel is pretty on the inside. I was surprised at how extra the decorating is. Even the carpeting is extra.
