TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine

We hosted an event there and had about 100 people come in from all over the US. The place was super clean, super accommodating and really felt like the staff was family can’t say enough good things about this property overall 10 out of 10 experience.

We stayed the night before we left for vacation because we had an early weekday flight and didn’t want to deal with traffic. The rooms were great and the shuttle driver Cookie was wonderful, friendly and very informative!

Can I get a hot tub! They're was a hot tub in my suite. Room was clean, staff were friendly, was a great stay

Needed to attend a conference at Gaylord, which was sold out, so picked TownPlace to stay. The facility is actually combined with Courtyard and you check-in at Courtyard. The advantage is you get to have the bistro food if you like to eat in the hotel. Room was nice and comfy. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location was ideal: 5min to Gaylord, food places, and the outlet mall.

Super surprised to see negative reviews. I've had an amazing experience here. Beautiful lobby, beautiful rooms with everything you need (kitchen, plates, glasses, laundry baskets, the whole dang shebang). Staff has been amazingly kind. 10/10 will recommend to everyone. Will also be booking here again. Loved it.

Off airport parking. Great. Cheap. Great shuttle Service.

Great hotel. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Everything you need is in the room.... Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, dishes, silverware, ironing board, iron, laundry basket... lots of drawers and closet space. Breakfast is included in the morning. Shuttle service to the airport. Friendly and helpful people at the front desk. I highly recommend this TownPlace Suites!

Jennifer at the front desk check in was very accommodating to our needs. She made us feel like she cared and helped take care of us. Overall the hotel is very clean. The amenities are wonderful. Due to the weather we couldn't use the pool but it look well managed and taken care of. The fitness center has very nice equipment and is very clean. Hotel is very conveniently located.

We have been very impressed with our stay! Very nice hotel. Large pool, spa, huge weight room, free breakfast. We had a suite with a kitchen. Amazing closet space. The Bistro has delicious food. Front desk staff very courteous. The only negative, the TV is so small! We will be back!

Me, my husband and my service dog, stayed at the TownePlace for 3 weeks at the beginning of October, we planned our trip a week ahead and we were between 2 hotels, and decided to go with this one, it was the best decision ever, the hotel is clean, the rooms are big and comfy, the staff is great, attentive and friendly, since they are a pet friendly hotel you get to see many ppl with their fur buddies, and we liked that, shoutout to Miss Nubia, the lady from breakfast, we loved her! she is so sweet and obliging, we are going to miss her so much!!. In general we has a great time and enjoyed our stay to the max, the only suggestion would be more variety at breakfast, we had the same scramble eggs and sausages during the whole 3 weeks, but the rest was amazing.

Amazing place!! We lived the super friendly staff at Reception. Very clean and welcoming room. Good breakfast even when you arrive a little late.

The hotel was very modern and had a great look to it. Staff was nice and helped out with reservations for the event I was attending. The event I was attending was perfectly set up and run. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, retaining the modern style. Location was close to airport, and shuttles were available also. Overall, I had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The building is lovely, and the area is well kept. Rooms are spacious, and the staff was lovely. You get complimentary breakfast at this location, and there is a shuttle to DFW Airport that does run 24-7. There was also another shuttle that ran a 5 mile radius around the hotel that ran until 10PM. Parking is free as well, so you won't need to worry about this either. You can enjoy a fitness center and outdoor pool as well if needed. Overall a fantastic stay if you're wishing to stay in the area, or are visiting the Gaylord Texan for ICE!.

My wife and I decided to go there because it seems to be a good price choice and it was better than our expectations. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was amazing, better than other hotels where we have stayed.

My family decided to spend a couple of days in Dallas and found this location after seeing some positive reviews. The whole area has a fresh new feel to it. Centrally located close to the Airport, Grapevine Mills Mall (Legoland), and close to many options. We booked online and had requested some extra pillows, blankets, and a top floor of possible. Nailed all of this without us having to follow back up upon arrival. This nearly never happens. We were very impressed off the bat. The staff were all very personable and curteaous through the stay. We only had one issue with a backup key not working and they addressed it quickly. Rooms themselves are modern and typical. Bonus points for having a vent in the bathroom. TVs in the hotel all had abnormally GOOD picture feeds. Easily the best that I've seen from a hotel. Breakfast was light and typical. Egg, oatmeal, waffles etc. The unfortunately have the worst sausage I've ever had. (Turkey sausage, it was what I imagine cat food is like.) Overall minus the sausage they couldn't have been better. Very impressed and would recommend easily.

They always take care of me and my dog. I stay here for months at a time and love most of the staff and the Area. Thank you thank you thank you for being so amazing !

They have a restaurant open till 11pm, free breakfast, tons of free parking, pets allowed, housekeepers who actually CLEAN the rooms, pet walking area w/bags, free shuttle rides up to five miles in any direction, staff that care about you (I had to take ambulance and they took care of my dog, there was a flood last year in my room and they watch over my dog... so yeah this is an amazing place!)

Stayed here to go shopping at Grapevine Mills mall for my kids' back to school. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The pool is amazing!!

Fantastic hotel, especially if you travel with a dog. Good location for military returning from overseas needed to pick up a stored car at the Dallas VPC.
