Catherine was awesome. Helped me out quickly and kept everything concise and simple. Helped me save some money with a veteran discount and expedited the pickup process so I wasn’t waiting around.

Very popular apple store. Always packed. You really need appointment scheduled already before driving there to limit wait time in just talking to tech. For buying things, you may need to wait until a sales clerk is available. Even when going for a repair of some type, going to wait 1hr for work to be done, so just plan a shopping strip while waiting or perhaps dinner. Lots of eating places around there.
Also you MUST check in even after a repair is done so they know you are actually inside the store.

Loved the store location and overall layout. I was a bit disappointed though as the associate that helped me we was very distant and didn't try to seem interested in helping me. The other associate who came over to help us was a lot warmer and seemed interested. I wanted to dock a star, but the second interaction made it a lot better.

It's such a lovely store! And great staff! Markus helped us out, and he was fantastic! We had a couple of uniquely specific questions and were buying multiple items, but Markus helped swimmingly. I definitely recommend coming here!

While all of the staff certainly seem friendly, I’m hoping to obtain the same employee who was so very helpful and understanding of my situation.

This Apple store has great staff, and a high volume of customers. There is an abundance of Apple tech, family friendly store. It now gets five stars as the volume of people accessing the Genius Bar were not a long wait and they had many able employees who work well together to provide great service and excellent planning on Apples part to accommodate everyone’s needs. Returned in March of 2023 to this location and had a great experience. Upgraded four devices and had a lot of help from Jen, Jeff and a couple of other geniuses. I discovered they actually have bathrooms at this location which were clean and nice. The sink has a soap dispenser and a dryer which comes in handy when your fingers are your passcodes. 🤧🤲🏻

Very pleasant experience, I brought my phone in to hopefully get it fixed. My phones battery wasn't working properly, wouldn't charge or stay on for more then a few minutes. Vinny took a look and got my phone replaced in about an hour.
A $400 fix cost me nothing with Applecare. Thankyou guys.

Evan helped us today. My friend got locked out of her devices by a scammer, and no one has been able to help us. Evan walked through the problem and listened to our story with complete empathy and open ears, and through that he was able to give us a very simple fix to a problem that has taken more than 7 hours on the phone to try to fix, and we were told by customer support they could not help us. Evan was our hero today, just by being a good human, who listened, and genuinely wanted to help. Give this man a raise!!!!

Have had to go here a couple times the past year and have had great service! The staff is very sweet and helpful! 5/5 stars

This store is super nice! The Staff were professional and super kind. I came in for an appointment and they directed me to a seat in the back and told me someone would be with me shortly, and not even 5 minutes later a staff member named Javier (Javie), (SORRY if I butchered the name)came up and helped me. He was professional and kind as well. Would definitely come back again and also recommend to my friends and family to come here if they have any problems with their Apple products. It's also decently small so a staff can just see you walk in and smile at you and you know you'll be helped right away.

I have always been helped right away at this location. Sergio especially is always patient with my questions and answered them in layman’s terms. They’re great!

The apple store has some of the best customer support people. Tanya, who helped me book my iPhone 14 on the phone, was just superb. Pickup from the store was pretty quick too.

Apple is lame because of the built in obsolescence in their products. This store does a good job. Apple the parent organization is a love hate with me. I wish I never went down that rabbit hole. Now I am addicted to this program of new t ch and wasting money for upgrades that I wouldn't need if my phone from four years ago would work right. Frustrating.
