Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-DFW Airport N/Grapevine

Stayed during a quick business trip. Enjoyed the location of this hotel as you quickly get to lots of different options to eat, shop and drink. I would definitely recommend staying here. My room was clean and comfortable. The service provided by the staff was great as well.

My wife and I stayed here for about a week. We loved it. The staff was always accommodating and informative. Great customer service. The room was perfect. It was a very quiet experience even with lots of kids running around (holiday season). The complimentary breakfast was top tier, different every morning with a variety of options. The indoor pool was open and always clean. The water was warm. If I had one complaint, I'd suggest blasting heat in the pool area because getting out of warm water into freezing air was not fun. Haha. But all in all, we would definitely stay again. Didn't want to leave in the first place.

Clean. Quality atmosphere. Friendly service. They do not price match at the front desk. There is no military discount at the front desk.

Our room was clean. The beds are comfortable. The hotel lobby decor is nice, clean, and has luxurious feel. The included breakfast is good.

Stayed a night here. The hotel was well kept and clean. I didn’t get a fridge in my room so that was a bummer. I would recommend this hotel. Staff was nice and I enjoyed my stay

We are truckers and sometimes when we make a delivery in a city, we decide to stay a few nights. We prefer Hampton Inn because they gladly accept our murderous pitbull Adelaide. After she demanded everyone stop and say hello to her, she made quick friends with the front desk staff who were happy to allow us an early check in (only because they hadn't been busy and had a room available)
Housekeeping was very friendly and quick to ask if we needed anything after we spent our first night there. Mitch, the shuttle driver was a hoot, he picked out a nail salon and offered to drive me there, he kept me entertained with his great conversation! We felt very welcomed here and promised we'd be back in a month or two. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfy

Shuttle service was great. They do shut down at midnight though. Short Uber rise otherwise.

I came and stayed last minute. From Jessica at the front desk to Lynn the shuttle driver to every other staff member I saw in passing. Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. The conversations with staff made my trip. I never get to travel solo as a mom and wife. But I never once felt alone or lonely with this amazing staff

My flight was delayed due to snow. The staff here were accommodating and very helpful. The rooms were amazing. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Would definitely stay here again. The shuttle was early and the driver was super awesome. Jd I think his name was. The breakfast was so yummy. So many choices from hash browns and sausage to waffles.

Room was nice & cool; however, the a/c unit has been changed to the floor/window style and it prevents you from closing the blackout curtain. This made sleep difficult.
The female at the front desk in the morning was super nice!
Shuttle to airport was on time and Lynn was nice & funny. The hotel needs to have a better system for confirming ppl on the shuttle though. A group of 4 showed up just before it was time to go...they arrived in an SUV and unloaded luggage outside, then stayed out there. This was about 6:50am; seems they hadn't even stayed at the hotel, were just hitching a ride from them!! This put us over capacity by 1 person. Guess who was the only solo rider...me and I refused to give up spot bc I had signed up, as required, when I checked in. The point is those of us who were guests should not have been put in a situation to "figure it out" amongst ourselves. This was not the driver's fault by any means and I understand her frustration. Thankfully the "interlopers" understood that none of us from inside the hotel were going to give up our seats.

We were stranded at the Dallas/ Ft. Worth Airport because we missed our connecting flight. The rooms are super clean, recently renovated,and their mattresses are new and comfortably firm.
What makes this Hotel an A+ rating... is their warm and friendly professional staff. Trina, the evening manager, went over and above to make our stay as best as possible. We've stayed in thousands of hotels over the last 5-decades, and never have we experienced such awesome service !!! Delvra, (their courtesy van driver) picked us up at the Airport with such a warm and friendly friendly smile, and supplied us with restaurant suggestions, and drove us to dinner, and picked us up afterwards to bring us back to the hotel.
Delvra and Trina's genuine, warm, and friendly service was the best part of our stay. We've never had such first class treatment anywhere in the World.

Really great staff. I had gotten some bad news when I got here and the staff has been so friendly and caring.

I stayed here after a late flight was canceled. Shay from the Front Desk was awesome! She provided great customer service and was able to book me a room last minute.
And the complimentary breakfast was very good! I would definitely stay here again

Jess was working the front desk when I checked in and was absolutely amazing. She got me checked into a room well before the 3 o'clock check-in time and was helpful on multiple occasions. Her customer service skills are EXCELLENT! Promote her so you can keep her.

Got stuck at DFW overnight - everyone knows this is a nightmare when this happens, but happy to report staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, and shuttle was so very helpful - nearby the airport. Shout out to Dooley Bumpers the shuttle driver who had a very sympathetic ear, and was so very kind. Also kudos to the front desk agent who checked me in.

Clean nice property with very helpful staff. Jess at the front desk was very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for lunch. We had a meeting in there meeting room and Jess was most helpful. Making the experience fantastic!

Great hotel, convenient to where we went. I did forget my croc flip flops in the room, and I guess housekeeping thought they were the tip, but other than that, it was a nice place.
