Comfort Suites DFW N/Grapevine

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are great! Bed was very comfortable. The staff are all absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful visit. The breakfast was delicious as well! The big kid part of me loved the Texas shaped waffles! Will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

Nice hotel with everything you need. No evening meal but there are restaurants locally. The breakfast is ok and there is a garage and a waffle house next door. After the 3rd night I had problems with my room and the receptionist didn't seem to be bothered about it and was no help to me whatsoever she had a can't do attitude. Was happy to leave.

Great rooms, comfortable bed, great hospitality. Free airport shuttle just be sure to call for the shuttle so you don't have to wait a long time. If you have an early morning flight you will have to get an uber or lyft to the airport as the complimentary shuttle does not start in the morning until 6am.

Lovely room, extremely clean, mini fridge, microwave,etc, Very comfy bed, excellent choice of linens, comfy mattress, extra couch, all the hookups needed. Love this hotel!

We had a good overall experience for our quick 1 night stay. Checked in late, and the front desk was helpful and pleasant as one would be at 11 pm. The front desk staff the next morning was very nice and helpful. Our room was on the 5th floor, and it seemed to be newly renovated except for the air-conditioning it seemed. We also had a wonderful experience with the airport shuttle back to the airport. My husband went to the front desk to ask about timing (every 30 minutes) and was able to have the shuttle arrive right as we needed. Very convient for the airport.

The young lady at the front desk by the name of Tya was over the top friendly and was able to accommodate every need we had. She earned her hotel a five star review. Thank you Tya!

Exceeded my expectations. When the "luxury" conference center I was hoping to stay at was overbooked - along with the overflow locations - I was hesitant to stay here because of the reviews. Well my room was spacious and clean. The tub was huge, and the place was quiet despite being pretty booked up from conventions. Front desk staff was very accommodating. I requested no maid service since I don't like people in my room, so no comments there. Breakfast was good, but I got there when it opened. It was a convenient location if you have a car. Walkability... to and from the Waffle House across the lot if you're looking to walk somewhere to go. I'd stay here again.

Nice big whirlpool tub, sitting area, comfy bed! We are some "happy campers!" Lady that checked us in was super friendly and professional.

The motel was pretty great and would definitely stay again!
Pros: Check-in was easy and staff was very nice. Rooms were spacious, and clean when we arrived. Lots of outlets for charging electronics. Breakfast was good with several options.
Cons: Even though I asked for housekeeping each day, we still had to go get our own clean towels and take out our own garbage. Pool was under maintenance (but we were allowed to use the pool at the next door hotel).
Overall, this motel was great and we will stay here if we are in the area again.

Our room was clean and nice. Good amount of space with 2 queen beds and pull out sofa. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. Front desk attendant Nicholas was amazing and very helpful!!

I was not expecting much from this hotel but it exceeded expectations! I typically stay at Westin, Marriot, or Hilton style hotels but they were expensive and I was only going to be there for a couple of days so I decided to try the Comfort Suites.

The front desk people were friendly and the room was clean and spacious, had ample USB chargers, and the bathroom was finished with granite countertops. It was a nice room.

The complimentary breakfast had fresh made waffles, apples, and cereals. I wish the breakfast had more fresh fruit or oatmeal but otherwise it was good.

The exercise room had dumbbells and a bench for a nice basic workout. I ran outside so I'm not sure about the cardio equipment. Also, it was cold when I visited so I did not go swimming.

Overall I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel for travelers who are interested in a great value hotel that is clean and comfortable.

This is the best value for the money hotel you will find near the DFW airport. Super friendly free airport shuttle! The best part is I had a jacuzzi tub waiting for me in my room. I came here without a wink of sleep from Lima Peru, and within minutes of checking in - I felt like a millionaire!!! However, this ain’t no millionaire price hotel. And there is a Waffle House and a gas station within a very short walk. The gas station has awesome beer and wine selection too. The hotel has free breakfast which I smelled coming in but haven’t tried yet. From what I saw it seems pretty awesome too! Look, for the price of this hotel, I am dead serious that there is no better option in the metro area - especially around the DFW airport!

This place was very clean! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Great atmosphere. The rooms are large and could easily fit 4 adults with no problems. My only real complaint was that our bathroom door didn't lock.

We arrived on time for the 3 PM check on and was told our room was being cleaned and would not be ready until 4 PM the room was not ready until 5 PM the desk clerk was not checking on the room status and at 5 PM I asked him again if my room was ready and he said it was ready 15 minutes ago but he was busy checking in customers. This is my first and last stay at this hotel terrible customer service.

The hotel was good nice and clean. The best part of this hotel was Paris the daytime front manager. When you first come in he said good morning how you doing. He was so friendly he made you feel like family. He laughed and joke with you and your family. Paris suggested we go to different places to eat at and different places to take the kids. During the night the air conditioner went out in our room it was hot I called down to the night manager I think his name was Louise not for sure. He said they didn't have any available rooms for us to switch in he found us a fan but the fan didn't work I was okay with it because he tried. He had the maintenance man come when he first got there to try to fix it. When we went down for breakfast Paris asked me was it working and I told him no it is really hot he was like okay let me see if I can get you a new room or get him to fix it. After a day of being out we came back the room was nice and cold. Thank you Paris for your hospitality.

This hotel is comfortable. Stayed 3 nights while I fled my unlivable apartment during last months winter storm. The rooms are spacious and I was surprised to see a couch in the room. The bathrooms are large with an amazing shower and jacuzzi tub. I did not try out the tub but the shower has amazing water pressure, considering they had a pipe bust the night before. The hotel is slightly off the highway and is conveniently located to get to either side of town. I would recommend to family and friends.

Great customer service. Breakfast was delicious. The room is super big and I can fit 4 people in my bathtub. I'm not... it's just huge. Complimentary soaps are usually not so good. But there's smells fantastic and do really well with my hair. They have a laundry room which needs ventalation. Turns into a sauna if you are drying something. 2 in 1?

Very polite staff. I was immediately helped and when I called from my room to see about having food delivered from a delivery service they said they would be glad to tell the delivery driver where my room was or, if I wanted it left at the front desk, would call to let me know it was there.
When I left in the early morning I was offered a to-go bag for breakfast and coffee, both of which were extremely appreciated. All in all this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had and would definitely stay again.
