Trek Bicycle Fort Worth South

This is in regards to the south Fort Worth store. I had spent the entire day going from store to store in fort worth. I ended up at trek for the last stop. I was met by Alex when we came in and she showed us around and went over some of the bikes. She went well out of her way to give me specs and comparisons of different models. As well, this was the only store we went to where I was told to test ride the bike and see how it felt. when picking up the purchased bike, the rest of the team was a Huge help in going over equipment and setup. I could not be happier with the service.

Great manager and service department. Purchased my 3 year old a bike over 1 year ago and bought my 7 year old a new bike yesterday. I love how light these bikes are and quality is worth the money. You get what you pay for! Very satisfied!!! My kids are very very happy and excited to come home and ride bikes!! Winning

John, their mechanic brings a wealth of knowledge as a former professional mountain biker. Not too many bike shops can say that!

Shalin and the team at the Fort Worth South location made my wife’s dream come true. My wife Wannitsa has been dreaming of the day she would get her new Boone. Although it took a few months for her to finally pick it up, Shalin made it happen. Wannitsa is a small lady and finding a 49cm Boone is not easy, but to find one in the color way she wanted was great. Sadly the order got canceled without anyone knowing. Shalin not being the professional she is, she immediately ordered a black one that was available in the right size. To our surprise Wannitsa loves the black/gray/carbon colors. This is our 8th Trek bike we have bought over the last two years and Shalin and the team at Fort Worth South really know how to keep us coming back. Next is supercaliber’s!!

Huge thank you to the awesome staff at Trek Bikes. The wife and I just picked up a couple Domane’s and noticed that the rim stickers were pealing off a little and wrinkled in other areas (I know they are just stickers but, they are also new road bikes that we paid a lot of money for.
We took the bikes in and seeing how they didn’t have any model of wheels we had to switch ours out with, they took the next higher level (upgrade) available and gave us those! Wow, never heard of a LBS ever doing this… Ever!!
Thank you very much for taking care of us so well. Truly going above and beyond.

The service I received both times that I was in was top notch! Chris was so kind in answering my questions as a new rider. He gave me a full overview of the options without feeling like I was being pressured into choosing the most expensive one. Jared was friendly at pick-up and even went outside with me to double check my bike rack that I had concerns with. My bike has never ridden so smoothly! These interactions are definitely how you gain lifetime customers!

I dropped off my husband’s bike to get serviced, and it was done super quickly and the staff was very friendly. John helped me find a new bike that fit my needs and my price point. Kyle also helped me when I came back in. I loved that neither of them tried to upsell me, except for where it made sense long-term. They didn’t have the bike in store, but Kyle helped me find how to get it as soon as possible. They are great at educating and being genuinely helpful.

I messed up the fenders on my aunt's Electra Townie bicycle and had to get parts ordered from Wisconsin. Shipping took a little longer than expect and didn't arrive until late Friday afternoon when the bike was estimated to be finshed. I got there right before they closed and found out that info, then I was told that the soonest I could get my bike repaired and pickup was the following Tuesday. I received a call Saturday afternoon saying the bike was ready for pick-up which was just in time for my aunt to ride with her friends. Shots out to Chris who put the bike on his personal rack Friday evening as a reminder to finish it first thing Saturday morning. I truly appreciate the services and will be returning if ever in need of repairs again. Thanks!!

The absolute best bikes and service in the nation. Shalin took care of me and all my needs in a quick and professional manner. John B. Was able to get my wheels swapped over and tuned up ready to the road before Shalin and I were done. You cannot ask for better service than that, anywhere. Service at this Trek location is the best I’ve ever experienced from any bike shop I’ve ever went to, ever! Which says a lot seeing how I’ve lived in 60% of the states in the USA. Shalin and staff are awesome! They are will to go the extra mile to ensure you get what you need or want and if they don’t know, they will find out. Which is huge in this day and age vs other shops that are just to lazy. The wife and I love our LBS and know when we need something Shalin will make it happen.

I love the service I get from Trek in Fort Worth. I have many options to get service on my bike (and my wife's bike) but will only take it to Trek. Everyone is so helpful and professional.

The store has the same friendly and neighborhood feel as it did years ago. The service is incredible. The technicians/employees seems to genuinely care about helping you learn as well as repair your bike or find what you need. Fantastic listeners, very professional, and patient. The store itself is very well-maintained and clean.

This is the best bike store I have ever been to as of customer service and quality. The mechanics who do all of the work on my bike are extremely helpful and their workmanship is the best that I have had out of many other bike shops and I have been to most in and around Fort Worth and weatherford. Thanks John and Ben for you awesome work! I can’t forget Tony because he’s the one who sold me my bikes up there. He is very knowledgeable and you can ask any question. He will hook you up with what you need. All in all this is the only place I’ll bring my bikes unless I move far far away. I hope this helps.

Shalin and Casey were very helpful and very nice! They were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I was a bit nervous because I don't know anything about bikes but they made me feel very comfortable. And confident in the bike them both help me choose!

Straightforward, seemed a bit pricey at first, but the value became evident: turnaround time was stellar and it made a 15+ year old bike look - and ride - like it was brand-new. The multi-level service plans seem a good way for a business like yours to go - and it worked for me. Great shop, friendly service. Can't ask for more.

My fork got bent after an accident. I came in to see if they could replace it. They found the fork I needed in about 5 minutes, and it took about a week after they special ordered it and installed it. It is a bike from the 80-90s so I was surprised it was so effortless. Awesome work. Thank you!

Took my 23 year old mountain bike into have it serviced. Entire staff was superb in every way! Quick turnaround on the servicing and my bike looks and rides just like the day I bought it! Super job guys!

They have a good selection of Trek bikes here of all varieties. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. They do maintenance on all brands of bikes at a fair price. I've never had a bad experience, we come here for all our biking needs.
