Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

Excellent service everywhere i went in the hotel. Super clean, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in. I don’t remember her name but the young lady who was cleaning our room was so nice and understanding. She spoke spanish so my wife spoke with her because she is fluent, i hope they give her some kind of recognition. I will find out who she was so i can have her rewarded!

Roland was at the front desk to help me and my husband get settled in after a long travel day. When I say his energy is what would easily bring me back to Texas... it was him. I often have low expectations traveling to US city hotels. My checking experiences are generally basic at best. No complaints, but nothing to right home about. Roland is a prime excellent customer service in hospitality business and Marriott is lucky to have him. Thank you Roland for ensuring that our first visit to Dallas was a memorable and enjoyable one. I'll also mention that the property is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient to the areas we needed to visit. If you enjoy plane watching, this is an excellent location. We didnt try the food or drinks but the food always smelled good. I would easily stay here again.

I had a wonderful night, the staff was so helpful from Anicia checking me in to Aldo (I think) serving me a wonderful dinner. I asked a lot of questions and they were fabulous at answering them. I will plan on booking at this Marriott if I ever come back to the Dallas area.

This was a perfect spot to stay overnight while traveling on business with an early morning flight out. Rooms were clean and updated and quiet. I was 1 room away from the elevators and never heard them at all. Shuttle drivers are friendly and the staff at the front desk were all awesome. I got in early, 11am, and they put me on a waiting list for a room. It was less than a 45min wait. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

November 15th-19th 2023:: My daughter and I came here for Expo...she had a blast competing in the runways, meeting ppl, making new friends from everywhere...we both enjoyed every second!!!

So thankful for Anicia's patience with me while we found the perfect room, while I stay here on business. Anicia and the rest of the staff are great

Very nice, recently renovated hotel. Internet pics look the same in person. Very tasteful decor of hotel & rooms. Bathrooms look modern, bed super comfy…highly recommended !

Stayed here, waiting for our flight to Punta Cana. The breakfast was descent. However, it wasn't worth 50.00. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant, looked at the menu, and the selection wasn't anything to write home about. The shuttle to DFW was excellent.

Excellent stay, only issue was I thought it came with free breakfast but ended up paying $50

GREAT front desk staff! I forgot the name of the bubbly black front desk gentleman, but he really looks out for airline crew. The rooms are wonderful! Clean, spacious, and feels like a mini apartment. I took one star off simply because of the bartender who was crass, unfriendly, and had poor customer service while trying to order dinner. It unfortunately seemed race driven. But I digress.

Great stay at this Marriott location. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in process was welcoming, and the front desk associates were nice. Didn't venture much as this was a quick one night stay. One small complaint as there was a family that allowed their children to run in the hallways continuously and slamming doors. Notified the front desk and was elated with their response to address the matter (it was after 11 p.m.). Otherwise, I would stay here in the future.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. They were on top of everything and Laura and her staff went above and beyond for a conference we had there. There were over 600 people in attendance. The food was amazing in the restaurant and in the meals we served our attendees. I just can't say enough about this location. You will not be disappointed. They are all amazing.

A solid four star hotel based on distance to airport, free shuttle, gym/pool, and overall nice accommodations. However, offering the 5th star for front desk staff. Reagan was exceptionally polite with a nice smile. Also a 5 star for the M Life club. Well kept and polite staff there as well.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Two staff members in particular made my stay worthwhile which les ti this review. Jonella (hope I spelled her name correctly) and Ashley. Both of these ladies were extremely courteous and kind. I travel to Dallas often for business and look forward to staying at this hotel in the future because of the hospitality displayed by these 2 wonderful ladies.

Attending 4 day dance festival. The hotel security is awesome. Parking is FREE with validators code, otherwise $10 p/day uncovered. Clean public areas, beautiful large pool area.

For an older hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms. Great showers, room was clean and ac worked great. Which is nice when it's 110 in Dallas.
The restaurant in the lobby is good but pricey.
