Bigley Piggly Wiggly

I love to shop to Piggly Wiggly, especially the meat department and the daily they have the best deli meats and the best steaks in the meat department bought a roast there for Thanksgiving and another for Christmas, the best ever, the store is very clean. They’re employees are awesome you ask for some thing if it’s not there, they will look for it. Thank you Bly Piggly Wiggly.

This piggly wiggly is one of the three near us and it's the only one we go to the customer service is excellent and polite all the way from the entry doors to the check out lines!!! Would highly recommend switching to this store..side note we have 3 kids and we all know that can make it hard to shop..

Best deli food, best meat section.

Price is good and a love homemade pepperoni rolls

Piggly Wiggly, is another one of my favorite grocery stores. Their employees, are always eager to help you find what you are looking for. Never, have I ever been treated rudely. And they do have a good selection of items.

Best grocery store ever the employees are super nice they even let me keep my electric scooter in there while I go grocery shopping

They are the only store in the Kanawha Valley that has Fifth Avenue candy bars, for that reason alone, I'll be a customer for life.

This is by far the best grocery store I have ever been in, and I've been to Publix, Safeway, Kroger, etc. We keep going to get specific items, but there is always something new that we didn't see last time. Great service, beautiful store, awesome manager, and just 15 minutes from my home in the country in West Virginia.

Super clean and organized! Local owners that support local owners! We stock our Bistro Soup Mix on their shelves. Nice company that keeps local!

Easy to find products and most of the staff are gry

I needed assistance three times during my shopping trip, and all three times, an employee was courteous and helpful. Great looking meats and produce, too.

This really is the nicest Piggly Wiggly around. The store is clean and kept up really nice. Displays are well organized and taken care of. Stock is rotated and front faced. It has more inventory on hand than other local grocery stores, plus a larger variety of inventory. The workers are pleasant and friendly. It's a large and spacious store, so if you have a rascal it won't be difficult to maneuver or navigate.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and has plenty of parking.

Excellent service and always clean and stocked

I visit Piggly Wiggly about 2-4 times a month. My pharmacy is inside, so I shop when I’m waiting on a prescription. About a year ago, unbeknownst to me, my wallet fell out of my hoodie pocket when I was getting into my car. It had about $150 dollars in it, my debit card, my driver’s license, birth certificate, the whole nine… Before I even got home and realized my wallet was gone, my pharmacist called and left a voicemail saying someone “found my ID and debit card”. At that moment, I realized I lost my wallet. I raced back down there, cussing myself, thinking that whoever turned in my wallet probably took all the money out of it. When I got there, I retrieved my wallet. And to my surprise, nothing was taken out of it. Not one dollar was missing. The employee could have easily taken the money and blamed it on the nameless/faceless person who turned it in… but they didn’t. They did the right thing. Their integrity was substantial. I will never forget this act of honesty and kindness, and have been a loyal customer ever since.

Cynthia was professional, polite and helpful today. This store is the only store that carries 5 pound bags of the grilled chicken. I'm thankful for the Piggly Wiggly on Bigley.

The meat selection is great and fresh. I don't think I've gotten anything from the meat department I was unhappy with. The store overall is neat, clean and well kept. I normally stop here coming home from work since I'm on the other end of the valley, but we'll worth stopping at a fantastic store like this.

If you have never been in this store then you are in for a treat ! They have everything you could want and I have never been in a neater more organized store! Everything is in its place every item is turned so that you can read the label! The produce is fresh and the meats are at the lowest prices in town expertly cut! A very clean store and a friendly helpful staff!

To start off their deli has a great selection plus you can order hot and cold food to go. They carry a lot of unique items that other grocery stores don't. Staff is very friendly especially the young men and women who assist and insist helping you with your groceries not only getting them to your car but also loading them too.

Great sales prices. Friendly staff. Great selection of name brand products. Always a pleasure to shop here.
